These people are very consistent with the excellent service that they provide. I always come back to this location whenever I'm in need of a rental truck. Jeff is very polite & helpful. Always knowledgeable and professional. He treats me like a friend. I highly recommend this particular location.

Malik Nix was the rep who assisted me and he was professional, well versed and extremely helpful. The gear was in above average condition and the trailer worked perfect for what I needed. One of the ratchet straps was a bit rusty and tough to manipulate but it worked and did the job. Again appreciate the help from Malik. He was a great representative of the company!

Rented a 20 footer with a toy dolly. I was told I needed to buy straps to secure the car. Why you rent a dolly without needed equipment and how is the customer supposed to know they need to buy straps😡. More importantly I was told they are not supposed the go secure car on dolly😡. It seems to me that this could be dangeroous and should be secured by a trained employee

Called U Haul and explained what I wanted to do. Needed to pick up a furniture purchase at store and have it set up in my home. They immediately gave me a solution, and set me up with moving helpers who handled my request that day! Very professional.

No one came out and inspected the vehicle, never signed the contract, had to go find the truck myself and staff was not inviting or friendly. The vagueness of the cost and milage was unprofessional. For the cost for a couple hrs of use was ridiculous. Will not use this place again.

Gas said 3/4 tank when we got in the it was 1/2 the link for the equipment check was expired ended up putting 20 dollars more out for gas then we should have Bulb right was out Visor was broken the email for vehicle did not arrive 1 hour later to my messages we were already halfway way done with rental On gave me 5 dollars back . I would like a discount on my rental since I had all these problems

This was the smoothest ran U-Haul location I have ever rented from and I rent from U-Haul often. They assisted me right away and got me hooked up and on my way fast. Same for when I returned. There was someone to unlock the trailer and send me on my way. Other locations could learn from these people on how to run their business more smoothly.

Upon returning the truck I filled up with gas and returned it to the u-haul property with no issues at hand. I cleaned out the truck as well. Just dropped off the keys in the drop box and went on my way.

The dropdown tailgate wouldn’t stay down unless someone was standing on it. Several times we forgot and it sprung up and hit us. It was definitely an unsafe situation. Also it meant one mover was unavailable to help since they had to stay standing on the gate. We were not warned of this situation. I paid for the rental to help with the move and it only partially helped.

Ok so when I picked up the van it wasn’t clean dirt inside the guy there cleaned it out real quick . Not sure why I was charged more ? I returned the blankets I rented and one bag wasn’t even opened and it was returned before the time was up so, there is that .

Hi, let me tell you about the management, Jeffrey & his staff, I'm 71, handicapped & sight impaired, they are BETTER than family!!! I can't praise them enough!!! I have made lifelong friends, they are so helpful, knowledge, and friendly! If you need to know anything about Uhaul, they are the staff to ask! I'm going to miss them, but finally emptied my unit. Any questions, ask me! These folks deserve a raise or let them teach others!!! Thank you so much for asking!

Overall average. Customer service was fair at best. The light bulb was burnt out in the unit when I arrived 9 months ago and was never replaced. The pricing is way too high for this unit. It was high to begin with and then you raised it even more. I have found two 10x20 units within a mile of your location for the same price I was paying for just this single 10x15 unit. Would definitely not recommend.

My lock didn’t close properly because your office refused to repair the door latch even after repeatedly bringing it to your attention. I had to always bring a second person and tools to pry the door upward so that the latch holes lined up and the lock bar could fit through both holes. I requested someone to bore the holes out larger multiple times. I have crippled hands. When I finally put my own lock on that had a thinner bar so that I wouldn’t require a helper and tools, you took off my lock, put on your own, and locked me out of my unit. When I needed in, your employees couldn’t find the key to your lock. Your employee spent 30 minutes trying different keys, then had the nerve to yell at me and call me names because I waited in my truck in the AC while you tried to unlock my unit, unsuccessfully. I was locked out. When I came back a week later, finally a nice man bored out the hole for me, and I was forced to spend $10 on your approved lock. By then I had bought a house and was in the process of emptying the unit. I DREADED having to go to my storage unit for the yesr I had it because I knew there was going to be a 15-30 minute struggle to lock it back up. And I had to find a friend to PAY to come help me every time. Your office REFUSED to fix my latch, so I mostly just couldn’t access my belongings. I’m a single disabled lady, and I don’t appreciate the extra work, expense, and hassle your office put me through. I have ZERO reason to ever recommend this facility to anyone, unless I hate them. I asked multiple times for my latch to be fixed. It took all of five minutes in the end. Yall owe me many HOURS of aggravation in my life that I can never get back.

My experience was absolutely terrible! Large Rats urinated and droppings all over my things, they ate through my bags, mildew and water damage. Oh let's not talk about the dead large rat. Rats not Mice! And I paid for insurance coverage. Just awful. I had to throw so many of my things away. So I didn't even open because I saw it had been eaten through.

There was damage caused by rodent droppings and damage to items. The rodents chewed pictures and rodent droppings on furniture. There was damage to my leather couch caused by rodents along with my mattress.

There was supposed to be a lock inside the unit, but there wasn’t. The light wouldn’t turn on at the switch or by the chair. It looked like it was hanging from the wall and when I touched it it sparked. I reported it to the desk and one of them came to verify it wasn’t working. The next time I go back I have to let them know so someone can possibly fix it. I’m not upset by it, just wished it was already fixed so We could see to put our stuff in.

Great management and staff. JQ,Angel & Ronica Jeff, Assistant Manager, Lot maintenance person mechanic. Everyone was always courteous and professional. Always suggested extra products that I needed. JQ knew which boxes I needed to purchase and exact quantity. Davis Hwy Uhaul made my move & storage a less stressful time. The entire staff needs to branch off to management at other Uhaul stores. This is one of the best teams ever!!!

There were no employees to help. When I arrived at Jeffrey Dawson’s place he was unhooking the trailer in anticipation of my next need. The call center and store are not on the same accord. Call center gave me a storage that was too small. truck burn too much gas or the needle is broken. I spent close to a 100 to drive to Panama City
