Although they did work with me when my stuff almost got auctioned, when I rented the uhaul my card was charged 3 weeks later for the same thing and more days. I disputed the charges and they gave me my money back only to charge my card again. They put locks on my storage without my knowledge and couldn't get it taken off. When I had an issue with the system saying I owed $250 after I had just cleared my account the only advice Mr. Dawson( manager) had was to pay it again. I had to call cooperate who stayed on the phone with me for hours until they got to the bottom of it. He's always lost and low in knowledge when it comes to the customers account. On top of all of that if your are late you are charged $85 after being 3 days behind 10/10.would not recommend.
