Had to apologize to agent at pensacola location because I was heated that the mobile agent lied on the fuel amount and it cost me money I had to borrow.My familyhas used this location in the past and were very satisfied.

We were charged TWICE and on two separate cards. They charged the wrong card first of all, and when we called to get it fixed, no one knew how to fix it or who to transfer us too to get it fixed. I’m still waiting two hours later on a call back from a manager.

Heather the general manager was absolutely the best customer service rep I have ever had. I move constantly and have used several truck rental companies and by far this has been my best experience. Josh her employee was also very helpful, my rental was clean, on time, and made a stressful move much easier for my family. I was offered storage options which will for sure take advantage of, Ted the hitch mechanic informed me my van could have a hitch installed to help make moves easier with trailer rentals! Heather was professional, patient, and kind with me and my family and will only use uhaul in the future for all my moving and storage needs because of this experience! Thanks to Heather, Ted, josh, and the entire Davis hwy team!

Advise people about weekend mileage rates over the phone when making reservation. The mileage rates should not change just because of the weekend.

The woman working gave us an estimated quote of 37$ and when we brought it back, clean and full of gas; the end cost was $62? How is this legal???? You have to pay for the gas and mileage? I used u haul to haul something for an event and never will use them again. I I’ll pay some random person to haul my equipment.

Your system of debiting money from accounts should be corrected. My debit card was charged twice for the same day. Customer service said they would credit me back within 3 to 5 days. Stupid.

These guys went above and beyond to help me out Sunday! The 1-800 number representative gave me very wrong information about my rental. But the 2 gentlemen at this store worked extra hard to make sure i was able to complete my needs for the day. It is hard to find good customer service these days but these 2 guys were what great customer is all about. Thanks so much once again for all your help!!

We ordered a 15’ truck and there was none available due to another customer extending their reservation. That was a bummer but Canaan was helpful and we were able to secure a 10’ but it did not have the ramp we had hoped would ease our loading and unloading. Overall, the experience was a good one!

I will as extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received when I went to drop off my rental at the drop off location per my contract. They refused to accept the transport, called Uhaul and within minutes I received a text to drop it off at yet another Uhaul location. No apology, just we can't accept it here, even when seeing that they were scheduled to receive it. Very poor treatment and very bad reflection on Uhaul. While already on a tight schedule, this put me even further behind.
