The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out with the equipment quickly. Returning the equipment was equally fast and efficient. The tow dolly worked great. My only complaint/concern is that your website won't let me rent some trailers solely based on the age of my pickup truck (2000 Silverado). My truck is well maintained. There's nothing wrong with my truck. Limiting my equipment use based solely on age of my truck is unfair and annoying. I hope that you'll consider changing that policy.

Employee who hooked up the car trailer to my truck forgot to lockdown hitch lock. Trailer disconnected when I started to load car onto it.

The Pickup process was long and confusing.
Distracted staff on phone and in building, with poor weather and darkness. Followed outside directions for parking and then had to move vehicle and trailer later in the rain. Young man who helped remove the trailer from truck in the rain was hesitant in his directions, but fully proficient in his work.

Have better customer service tech working at the locations to better assist my truck was blocked in and I was told good luck getting it out the guys would not help me back out my wife had to help me I will never be back after this experience
Truck was older. Steering wheel had too much play in it. I had trouble keeping it in the lane when towing.

The wait was a tad long, but overall it was clean and easy. Also, it is difficult to get in and out of this location because you have to make a U turn in a Uhual to get to it. I ended up having to go through the Burger King to be able to get in.
I was overcharged due to miscalculations even after I exclaimed that their calculations were wrong. I was told by the smoking worker, â€œOh well. Thatâ€™s something that Iâ€™d have to call in and discuss.â€ I tried to explain to them that it was wrong multiple times before they had maxed my card out, but no one would hear me out. The workers did not even budge to double check anything. After 40 minutes of continuously explaining the calculations, the workers finally realized that I was being charged an extra thousand miles. It is sad that a five to ten minute already paid for drop off turned into an hour of chaos in an already hectic move.
