This facility is another example of a well built, yet very poorly operated business. This won’t last in PG, unless it’s corrected. The lady working the counter is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and simply awful to deal with. Even the glares in the parking lot are terrible. The layout of the equipment in the parking lot needs to be reconsidered. People with trailers need space to navigate in and out of the bay doors. Parking equipment straight across impedes the ability to do so. Inside the bay doors, you still need to go outside, and back in with your load, if all the bays are busy. There’s not enough room to walk around others who are loading. To access the bay doors, you pull in and they open, no code. To access the man door it’s a code EVERY time. Super frustrating! Not convenient if you’re loading outside or having to go outside to then go into the bay doors. Security…..hmmm. You advertise that the units are alarmed, which they are, but if the alarm rings and nobody checks, then it’s useless. Lastly it states below; Please contact the U-Haul Storage Facility and try to resolve any disputes before leaving feedback. Nobody wants to suffer the wrath of your front desk lady! I value my life, so I’ll leave resolution to the management. Good luck! We won’t be back.

Have a flat rate charge, no late fees, and if the customer uses the rental for longer than they initially booked, just bill them for the time they used it. Don't make it policy to call the customer to pester them about "when are you going to get it back to us?" if the rental runs past the estimated time, it just looks like an accusation of theft and adds an unnecessary time pressure to the customer. You are losing billable hours by rushing people to get rentals back to your location where they will sit sage and sound making zero dollars.
SCOTT KThe person at the front desk didn’t seem to know how the U-Haul rental process worked, so I had to explain it to him as a customer. He then told me to ask the person outside for help with hooking up the trailer. However, it turned out the trailer hookup employee was still in training and didn’t know how to do it himself, so he had to go back inside to ask someone else for assistance. The whole process was disorganized and ended up wasting a lot of my time.
JASMEEN SThis truck was not well maintained. we didn't realize it upon loading, but it rain the whole drive and many of our items were ruined due to there being a hole in the floor boards. I am very displeased by this as it will cost a significant amount to replace some of my items.
