The U-Haul agent was very friendly and welcoming while explaining the rental process and demonstrated all the features of the building and unit. The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Excellent choice for safely storing my daughter's effects while she is away from school.

I reserved weeks in advance went to pick up my trailer and it wasn't there after driving for 5 hours I had to drive to nearest location which took 2 hours round trip. Then got to my one month's free storage unit only to find all one free units are on the second floor and at the very back of huge facility. I ended up waiving the one month free in order to get a unit on the first floor closer to the unloading dock, So not the Greatest experience.
