I told the clerk that I had moved put of my unit five days prior to my payment due date and the clerk said she would make a note. Upon moving out I told the clerk the unit was empty and to discontinue payments, she said she cancelled it. Five days later the payment was showing on my bank statement. I went to the office and the clerk took my visa and read it to his manager over the phone then gave me his manager's name and phone number in case there were any issues. Two weeks later there is still no refund for the payment for the next month on the unit. DO NOT TRUST THE BEAR RD LOCATION IN PRINCE GEORGE TO DISCONTINUE PAYMENTS. DO NOT TRUST THE MANAGER: AMAR TAQDEER SINGH [redacted]. The phone number goes to a voicemail that has not been set up yet.
