It was a simple easy process of renting it and dropping it off at my location two days earlier than I needed it towed a car from Pueblo Colorado to Santa Barbara California I had no problem getting here with the tow dolly I had yes I would recommend them to help with your needs.

Sandra EAccess to the pod was a great convenience, but depending on you we talked to the required advance notice changed from 1 hour ahead of arrival to 24 hours notice. This made access difficult. Be more consistent with access of pods.

My expectations were exceeded with this location going Above and beyond from staff /especially George being my personal assistant and his manager there as well. George definitely helped with all my needs and made sure I was well taken care of during this stressful time for me! I was so thankful and appreciated his full attention and commitment in handling everything and anything I needed. I highly recommend him and this location of storage/truck rental or all services here for that matter to everyone. Prices are fair and reasonable and not questionable and I felt I got a great deal especially for being a new customer not being familiar with a lot of the changes in the moving and storage industry recently. I am very pleased with everything I experienced and I highly recommend this company. It’s been a long time I can honestly say I have had the best customer service and hospitality experience.

DONALD SU haul's software must be from the 1990's. Everything took forever. Plus, everything is far far too expensive from the products they sell to the trucks they rent. If there were any other option I would go with them.
COOPER JAfter over 4 decades of using UHaul, and I have moved a lot, I will NEVER EVER use you guys again! I was totally screwed over and scammed on June 29th by one location off of Northern in Pueblo. I have all of the emails to prove their scam, yet the Regional Manager Jonathon never responded to my calls! My Credit wouldn't reverse the charge, so I canceled the card I was so upset!!! Now this...what a terrible company you all have become. When I rented this truck, it was just getting dark out! I'm recovering from a triple break in my left leg and not only was the Manager RUDE but after walking around the truck and taking numerous pictures for the UHaul Check-in app, when I told him the photos wouldn't upload correctly, he told me, "Don't worry we know our trucks are pretty beat up!" Which was true, but it was a short move and I was have trouble getting around, so I let it pass! Upon my inspection and numerous pictures, I noticed the back Passenger side tire had a big shadow, a couple of inches long. I took a couple of pictures, which didn't upload, but the tire appeared to be holding air and wasn't flat, so I figured it was nothing! The next day, when my son looked at it, he could put three fingers in the gap and the tire was completely flat! But it was the outside tire on a dually which I hadn't noticed in the dark the previous evening. I called the office to get the Roadside Number, which they didn't have...Seriously??? I found my Contract and the number and placed a call to come get the tire changed. In the meantime, my son pulled the tire off and moved the inside tire forward so we could be on our way! No mention was made after that, but here I have an additional charge for over $180. I am beyond furious and will fight this to the end! What a scam and poor, dangerous lack of maintenance on your vehicles!!! I am taking to every Social Media outlet and letting everyone know what UHaul has become! If you need to raise your prices in the terrible economy, then do so, but to screw over loyal Customers with BS charges will cost you everything in the end!!!

GAYLE GIt was originally scheduled for Pueblo West pick up. Very inconvenient to travel all the way in town for pick up. Why the U-Haul and transport couldn’t be delivered to the Pueblo Wedst location is beyond me.

So I used as storage unit for 3 days with nothing in it and canceled it. Will never use it again.

The upstairs storage areas are well lit, have airflow, but it is very difficult to move items up and down the stairs. The staff is wonderful! Very helpful and always friendly. The upper storage rooms have air ciculation, a high ceiling height, and we will keep our items in there, but we will have to move out of the lower storage room soon, for reasons listed above. The manager was extemely helpful, and made everything a little easier for us.

The agent said, well…the system thinks it is the full month charge so there is not refund. Interesting to pay for the month on the 1st…move out on the 18th of that month…there should be some sort of refund.

My unit had been broken into from an adjacent unit. •Very tight fit if you have even a small trailer or big, long vehicle. •Mail was repeatedly stolen resulting in payments not received and could not accept electronic payment even from SAME BANK they used. •Inside storage temp supposed to be between 65-80°F, NOPE. Not even close. Gets stupid hot in summer. •Poorly lit for an indoor storage building. Zero light available inside units, bring a bright lantern. •Would not issue refund for pre-payment for no apparent reason. Couldn't mention that when pre-paying for some reason. •Only reason it isn't 1 star is because everyone was friendly & helpful except the little blue-haired girl (I never got her name) who drags the rest down. EVERYONE ELSE was great. •Why on Earth would I try to resolve disputes after the fact ''before commenting''? Only one of the above mentioned issues was a one-off, you failed repeatedly, making me ask for help or recompense for your screw up is just more failure.

Hard to access unit with narrow walk ways and tight corners. Dumpsters are very far from units and full in every case I tried to use them, on more than one occasion they were locked as well so I had no access. Also my move out date was 8/25 not 9/6 but the bill for another month was not unexpected based on the rest of the experience. More money or worse condition are well worth not using this facility. Also attempted to contacted the gms supervisor several days ago and have heard nothing back

(So I thought until I discovered an unauthorized charge) After completing the online reservation and getting my confirmation; I then went to the Uhaul Store the following day where the storage unit was located to checkin for my unit. The new female employee was pleasant but did not know everything she needed to know to complete the transaction in the proper way. The following morning, I decided to check my credit card and noticed I was charged $10.71 that I did not authorize. I immediately called the Uhaul phone number on the receipt. A male answered and I explained why I was calling, he then transfered me to a corporate customer service area and I was placed on hold for approx. 15 mins. I had to explain again why I was calling to the customer service person who answered. He then said the charge was for a lock. The lock should have been free with move-in Promotion. He said he couldnt help with the disputed charge. He said he would have to transfer me to the dispute dept. He then placed me on hold again for another approx. 20 mins. A female named Amanda answered the call, I had to explain again the reason for my call. She was very pleasant and tried to help but said she did all she could do on her part and would have to have management call me. I received a call from Josh, the Manager at the Pueblo, CO Store. I had to explain the issue again. (Now a 4th time) We talked then he began to argue about the way the rental procedure was handled incorrectly verses who should have did what on their end and my end. After insisting him to remove the charge, Josh then refunded the lock charge. I asked and received a email confirmation on the lock charge refund transaction and told him I would be seeing him shortly. I then drove to the storage store, asked for him and waited until he came to the counter. I told him that I did not feel the situation was handled correctly and I did not want to do business with people that made unauthorized charges to my account. I wished to cancel the agreement. I had not moved in yet. I gave him the unopened lock. I requested a receipt copy of the credit card refund on storage cancelation. He instructed the female at the counter to process. I then left and rented another unit from a competitor who was further away. It was done online and completed within 15 mins, no hassles or unauthorized charges made from new location. I will not use or recommend Uhaul in the future.

That is why I moved my items out as soon as I closed on a house closer to me. I am using a local secured facility for half the price.

Robert W | Overall ExperienceThe staff at the Carruth Court address in Pueblo, CO are fabulous. George stood out as they helped above and beyond when we were removing our items from storage. It was very hot, our moving helpers canceled, leaving my 13 year old and I to load in the desert heat and sun. George recognized our plight, and stepped in to help. I was suffering from heat stroke so George gave us a place to rest and plenty of cool water to reduce our symptoms. Everyone employed at this facility is great, however that day, George took the time to help us get finished with our move out.

They were nice enough to help unload ny grandmas china hutch taking extra care to not let the rain get it. If it wasent for that staff I would be blowing up the bad reviews......but overall UHaul was a mess Had to make 3 different truck rentals all at different locations because they would reserve me a vehicle they didn't have available! And than on top of that was overcharged for accessories. I have waited on hold to talk to someone twice for over 50 mins even tho the wait time said 20 mins. I'm furious I tried to cancel my storage and they said their systems were down And than a day later I was charged for the whole next month !!!

Your web page and notices outside say access cards, access storage till 10pm. I was there at 6pm. You seriously need to address that problem. Otherwise a great place.

I kept getting emails and letters claiming I was behind in my payments and owed late fees even though I was current and had receipts to prove it. I rarely got staff at the facility on the phone when I called and routinely got directed to a call center that agreed I was paid up according to their records but were never able to stop the continuing threats I received via mail and email.

Moving is stressful enough without a national company giving you the run around!! Horrible experience with Pueblo Co location! Josh needs to go as a manager. Also rude when I had to ask my 71 year old mother to go to check on my reservation. The one Josh gave away!!!!

Nothing I was told were actually TRUE! I had to scramble to get another storage unit because the Truck AND the storage unit WERE TOO SMALL! Nothing the first representative told me WAS EVEN CLOSE TO THE TRUTH! My family is their friends made trips IN THEIR OWN PRIVATE VEHICLES to help finish my move. I want a full refund for the entire "UHAUL MOVING EXPERIENCES" of one lie and additional Fee after another. I have posted the whole thing on my public media sites telling the world AVOID USING UHAUL AT ANY COST! MEANING HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE NOW KNOW HOW BADLY UHAUL HAS TREATED ME
