Shorter wait times. When on a time schedule to return a truck time is of the essence. If the online check in is faster I hate to think about the time frame for those who don't use it.

Don't charge them for time not needed. I got charged for two days for an eight hour and a half hour drive I am by no means a rich man and four hundred and thirty nine dollars is a lot of money to me in witch I will gladly pay to help my son but I thought I would get reimbursed for the the day that I didn't use and found out that I wasn't. That hurt I don't blame the employees they are just doing their job but that policy to charge for two days instead of one is a little outrageous cause I was expecting to get half of the money back for turning it in on the same day I rented the truck and trailer

When returning the vehicle the clerk wrote down the incorrect mileage, he listed 100 miles more than I used. I told him that he was incorrect and he still billed me for the additional mileage. Then I went on Uhaul online and chatted with a representative. She said I should’ve taken a picture of final mileage. I said I could’ve taken a picture anytime during my trip and that it’s up to return agent to check condition and mileage. She stopped the chat instantly. Poor customer service and I’ve been over charged without anyone fixing the issue. Please call me at+13038807799 and I will provide detail and can forward the bill. your central reservation system is a JOKE!! as a regional director for a large insurance company i would not and do not run my agency this way..they say things from central that are flat out incorrect and do not do what they say they will dowhich caused me alot of wated time and confusion for NO reason!! can call me 303-550-9215 i can explain..if you are at all interested..i,m way too busy to be typing emails....

In my opinion, if a person is gonna use the online process, it's to avoid waiting lines. But turns out, you still have to go in and wait for a live person anyway, get the keys. ?? Other than that, the cargo van worked out great with no problems



Get a better computers the sweet gentleman had so much trouble with the system.both when i rented and returned the equipment.other them that the staff was great ?? job well done koodos to that crew ??

There were several people waiting a long time to get service, as there were 2 people providing service. It took me 45 minutes to get a truck that I had reserved. They apologized for very slow computer response, due to recent updates that didn't seem to be working very well. Both guys were very polite, but it was really slow getting out of there.

Everything was as expected. My only suggestion is that when you are reserving the vehicle the agent should make you aware that you will also have to pay for insurance so that the full price of the rental can be budgeted.

Pueblo, CO to Walsenburg, CO, (actual) 105 MILES ONE WAY, 24 HR RENTAL, $172.00 - $1.638 PER MILE, TOTAL W/TAX, FEES $190.51. Was told the mileage rate was $.99 per mile. I believe I was ripped off, by being charged an almost double the rate quoted.
