I went to the location and got a quote on 3/21/2017 for around $120 bucks. I made the mistake of not getting it in writing. I called on Friday the 24th to change my reservation to Saturday morning. I talked with a female this time and was quoted around $120. I went in on Saturday morning to pick up the truck and was charged $258.01. By that time it was too late to make other arrangements. Either there was a mistake in the first two quotes or in the last one. It was very disappointing. I would recommend this location but I would never do business with them again without getting it in writing.

I went online to do the streamline login to "save time" but still had to wait in line for an hour. Then the amount I paid online wasn't enough and we had to drop insurance. Then I drove home and the dolly and pads were NOT in the back like they told us they were so I had to go all the way back, while I was supposed to be loading the truck. Hours wasted. Frustrating experience.

make sure your rentals have a 24 hr gap before you rent them out . we rented a van at 6pm and when we got there to pick it up they told us it had to be returned at 9 am because it had been reserved by a customer . bad communication on companies part.

The truck I got first had a cut fuel hose and could not be filled with gas. The staff was very helpful in switching out to a new truck but I had to transfer my load in the parking lot. I probably lost 2 or 3 hours before getting on the road

When we initially reserved the car dolly we were picking it up in Pueblo West, when the email arrived it changed to traveling into town to pick it up. Being in a time crunch with packing and moving and closing on a house this just added one unwelcome additional to-do on an already large list. When we were able to drive into Pueblo to pick it up the tire had a crack in the tread that I could fit a key into over 1/4 of an inch. We were towing the vehicle over 1k miles in winter over may passes and we were not willing to accept below standard equipment. I would highly recommend thoroughly checking each and every piece of equipment especially for long distance rentals. We ended up with a car transporter which worked out fine, but we never should have had to deal with these issues from the beginning.

Ronald Brolin was excellent. He helped me figure out my situation and Thank God that I was able to leave the Uhaul there, if not, I don't know what I would have done. He was very professional and did what he could to assist us. Thank you!



Your staff were unaware that Uhaul carries the clear carpet protector film. We had to find it on your shelves and show them, no-one in the store seemed to be aware it was there. Also, your computer system kept insisting to overcharge us significantly, it took two staff members 20 minutes to get rid of the overcharges! It seems to relate to the childish marketing practice of leaving a dolly and pads secured in the van, taking up space I paid for so you can run a commercial. That is a very bad practice, especially when your corporate-supplied software won't release the charges for 20 minutes! However, the glitch was a full $45 for two days so the pads were only part of it. You need to straighten out your software or train your staff!
