After many failed attempts, i was unable to contact this location over the phone. I was able to make a reservation online, but once at the location it took almost an hour to finally get the trailer hooked up. The staff was nice and courteous, but for this being a main Uhaul store, i expected a smoother and quicker process.John C.

When a customer comes in and tells them that their vehicle broke down going to drop off point. Tells them that just got vehicle going around 3 pm and needed to drop there cause of vehicle not running correct so they changed me 14 dollars for wrongful drop off .Julie C.

The first time I made an appointment online it was canceled and I never found out why. It took more time but we finally got it working. The truck I was trying to get was not available due to a breakdown of communications somehow. When we did get a larger truck for the same price, we did get our items moved and everything worked out in the end. Thank you.Carol N.
First-I reserved a 26' truck and the evening prior to me picking it up the location changed my reservation. They selected a 20' truck which made it so I had to make several trips. Also the reservation guarantee is a joke. My original reservation was not fulfilled and I asked about the guarantee and it was dismissed without much conversation. No explanation was given as to why my issue did not apply. My entire bill should have been at least $50 cheaper. Second-the electronic check in process is ridiculous. The customer is the one doing all the work while the employees sit on their butts . If it were after hours it would be different . To show up at 10am and have the location require electronic check in and a selfie to verify that I am me is overboard. I have an idea...look at me and then look at my DL. If I have to do all the check in work and sign out the truck I should get a discount if it is during normal hours. Every customer that was at the location during the time I was there was complaining about the process. If I had known, at the time I made my reservation, that it was going to be like that when I showed up I would have gone with penske. By the time I showed up it was too late. Third- to put a dolly and bag of blankets in the back of a truck when I did not ask for them is ignorant as well. What if you gave me a smaller truck and I need all the room I can get so I have to pull the dolly off to make use of the space....then I'll get charged for it even though when I made my reservation I said I didn't want a dolly. I should be refunded that money as well. Overall I would not recommend uhaul at all. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. I will look elsewhere in the future and will recommend to others that they do the same.Zachary C.

Not employees fault I blame you haul for not enough counter help with a line of 9 people that started to grow more and more plus it took a long time to get equipment. Then all the hoops to get a tow dolly. I had to wake up my wife after a 12 hour shift at the hospital for emergency contact plus all the pictures of me to rent equipment. Never again will I rent from youhaul I had a 9 am appointment just to have 30 min of my time waistedRoger B.
The equipment was poorly maintained. The key would not easily turn in the ignition and required quite a bit of jiggling to get it to engage. It was like an old car I had as a teenager. The clip that held the visor up was also broken. I've rented many uhauls over the last 20 years and this is by far the worst one I ever had. Additionally being forced to use mobile checkin was ridiculous. I selected desk checkin and was told when I arrived that I was â€œmovedâ€ to mobile check in. Meanwhile the employees were just standing at the desk appearing to do nothing. They also acted irritated that I had come into the store. During mobile checkin the truck was not where the photo showed and I had to go inside the store to ask where the truck was. Then after mobile check in then I had to again go inside the store to get the keys to the truck. The entire process was stupid. It took twice as long to checkin. In the future I will request to use other locations that are actually customer oriented.Love S.

When renting a trailer from uhaul it should be ready to hook up to your vehicle. I shouldn't have to buy an adapter for the lights to work,the adapter should come with the rental.Lance S.

The Surcharges were not a part of the deal when I made my reservations they went from $54.00 to 74.00 when I brought it back, this should be a part of the reservation process,David L.
