No lights in unit. Ceiling to low to let hall lights brighten the unit Nika was very helpful. I appreciate her and her helpful hints and suggestions to get the trailer unloaded and items into storage unit. Thank you Nika

I signed up online through a sign at a different storage place over by Big lots and went to the storage at U-Haul to put my stuff in the storage unit and try to get in but was not able to called the number that was posted and no one answered or call me back. So I used as storage unit for 3 days with nothing in it and canceled it. Will never use it again.

Patricia M | Online Move InThe downstairs storage area is dark, has low ceilings and no airflow. The upstairs storage areas are well lit, have airflow, but it is very difficult to move items up and down the stairs. The staff is wonderful! Very helpful and always friendly. Whenever I stopped by, all areas were clean, even the parking lot.
