JERRY RDon’t loose Toni! Best U-haul employee I have ever dealt with. Moved / helped people move more than 75+ times. She is worth so much more. Pay that woman. I didn’t even realize she was injured and she was still helping another person with their trailer with a brace on. So dedicated to her job and most importantly to the customer. She is very quick and attentive to details. Friendly and very helpful. A Million of out 5 starts

STEVEN H26 ft truck drove well. (CDL Qualified) Gas hog with Triton V10 though. Very good Daily truck price but $1.30 per mile could be tough depending on your distance needs. Pre trip inspection revealed very minor side skirt damage around Drivers Side Rear wheel well. Took pix so they couldn't blame me. Otherwise no issues with truck. Would rent again if needed. Contract closed without any issues.
DENNIS Mchange location from one mile from my house to 9 then on return change return to 11 miles from my house to a east prov u haul . told me I would be compensated some of the miles , but they never did. I paid and extra extra 13 miles not to my doing. This vehicle was rented for a dance program in seekonk We need to rent a vehicle 4 more times.

ROSA MService was excellent, vehicle was in good shape. The logic of the fuel transaction is flawed. I drove the vehicle a total of 7 (seven) miles with no idle time. I stopped at a fuel station and added 2 gallons of gas. I was then billed for an additional 2 gallons of fuel. I used 4 gallons of fuel traveling 7 miles? I find this highly unlikely. The charges were under $10, but the nature of the analog fuel gauge and guessing to refill really leaves customer’s feeling like they are being taken advantage of, in my opinion.

JEFFREY MToo many extra fees. I thought the manager was rude and did not explain all the extra fees before the rental was started. I have rented from other UHaul places and they explain it all up front. The windshield was very hard to see out at night when driving poorly cleaned hazy and streaks.

gregory SMy dissatisfaction with my recent experience returning equipment to your location. Specifically, I encountered two issues that I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly, the equipment smelled strongly of smoke, which was unpleasant and concerning. Secondly, I was charged extra for gas despite returning the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when I picked it up. The representative at the return location cited that the gas line was not exactly where it needed to be, which seems unfair. I believe your gas policy should be more reasonable and clearly communicated to customers.

The only recommendation for improvement is that thr storage units need lighting inside as its pretty dark and dangerous. I bumped my head a few times moving things out from the the wood planks above being so low if you have a unit on the lower level. Almost got vertigo, but learned quickly to duct your head when moving things to avoid going to ER.
