The office was so packed with packing matierials we had to manuever around to the desk. We were gestured to the side of the lot to space "Z". The spce numbers were covered with snow, we had to clear a few to find the right one. The truck was covered with snow requiring scraping. The roof still had snow as we drove away. This was Sunday, it had snowed on Friday. Not my idea of customer ready or safe. I have a photo of the truck as we found it.

I rented a van. I wanted to return that van to another location, like you are able to do. But, somewhere in the very small print, you cannot return a van to another location. The girl who rented the van to me, highlighted the important details to me. She never said , because it was a van, I needed to return it to the original location. I almost had to pay an extra $194.00 dollars. The associate was too concerned with her boyfriend, who was the manager!

Try to do a better job cleaning the vans, or making sure they're clean before they're picked up. The van I received was dirty on the exterior, to the point where you couldn't tell if it the spots on it were road salt/sand, or dings in the paint (fortunately, it was road salt). On the inside, the van had someone else's stuff (a hat left on the center console), and the back of the van had dirt/leaves that should have been swept out first (I took care of them and swept out everything before I returned the van). Aside from that, still a good price for a good van. I'd choose UHaul again.

I rented a truck for 2 weeks. was charged 1,300.00 .I have my own commercial ins. couldn't use. Needed a truck for 2 more weeks. Went to Penske. explained my problem just like I did with U-haul, They accepted my ins. charged me half the price. I wouldn't recommend you to any of my 85 I.B.O.friends. Customer service means everything....

The person who released the truck to me did not indicate the specific date the truck needed to be returned. My receipt shows I should of been charged $61.73 instead I was charged $75.00 and due a refund of $13.27. Well uhal charged me an additional $9.00 instead of refunding me. I have called both the store location and corporate and have gotten no assistance. I was promised a manager would call me to resolve my issue and have not heard from anyone. When I try calling I now hear a sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties please try your call again later. Horrible horrible customer service horrible workers that make empty promises. And my issue is still NOT resolved no money refunded. DO NOT USE UHAL GO TO PENESKE !!

Although we are a "Ryder" family there was nothing available to us being the week before Christmas. After all was said and done, our goal was to move furniture from one location to another for our daughter. Uhaul served our purpose even it was pricier than our discount with Ryder. Your staff was professional, equipment clean and just keep doing what your doing.

The back of the van had empty coffee cups in the back. The gas tank was 7/8 full. It was driven just under 14 miles. I filled the tank accidentally at the cost of $11.00. Shouldn't I be reimbursed for half the cost of the gas? Why don't I get a receipt? I was told it would be emailed to me, but only received this review.

If they are in a hurry NO ! Took over a hour to get to counter to get rental, only one person on with 4 people n line behind me . I rented a pick up to tow a boat and trailer only to get to boat and find out no tow ball or receiver on truck, had to drive back to uhaul and get one On my mileage !!!!!!

Was a few hours late returning it and was charged for a full xtra day....even though I returned the 12 moving blankets they innadvertantly left in the trailor & I rent trailors monthly....Last time I'll rent a trailor at that location!

No other customers but had to wait in the store about 5 minutes for associate. The trailer was not swept out but that is OK because we found money when sweeping it out and we returned it clean.

I rent a Uhaul from this location about 8 times a year. They have a new General Manager, James P., You need to think about replacing him he is very rude to customers not just myself but others in the store while I was there. This time I was there I rented a 20', James was not there but another employee did his best to help me. I had reserved online and had to wait for 45 minutes for help because there was an upset customer (car hitch problem, I'm sure you have heard from him as well). When Patrick finally helped me he sent me to go get my Uhaul in the back lot, I checked the mileage and gas levels. My gas level was about 1/4 tank lower than noted on my contract. I immediately let Patrick know, he made a note on my contract but said only James could change it in the computer. I had to return my truck after hours so he said to leave my contract in the truck with the note and James would take car of it. He DID NOT. Chardged me the fuel charge and when I tried calling yesterday he would not take my calls and everyone that answered could not help me and then after awhile I was just transferred to the call center in AZ who could not help me with anything and tried sending me to James' district manager but I was sent back to the store.

I booked a trailer with a ramp, but was forced to spend more than my estimate on a larger trailer because, even though the trailer I booked online showed a ramp, I was told when I got to the u-haul center that the one I reserved didn't have a ramp. Shady practice at best.
