Gavin RTire on car transport was balled and needed replacement before I left on my road trip. They did everything to make it right. Overall a good job. The one way price rental was horribly expensive. I took it to a place in my city that needed a car transport, so I felt like I had done them a favor. The place I took it to seemed indifferent about that when I got back.

Francisco PA small u-haul outlet but Randy was very personable and helpful. It would have been nice to have the car dolly and the truck at the same location so that we didn't have to drive to 2 locations to get what we needed. The equipment performed as expected.

Jackie NThe actual location we ended up renting from, the employee was wonderful and very helpful. Over the whole process was confusing the mess. We called 3 months in advance to set up a reservation for u-haul. The reservation was going from Rexburg to Idaho falls. I called a week and the day before to confirm the reservation. I did not receive a call the day before tell me where to go to pick up the equipment. I had to call late that night to figure out where I'd be picking up. According to all of the emails and confirmation information I received, they should have called me. I don't know why they never called me. The person who eventually told me where is supposed to be picking up, did not tell me that I would be picking up in Idaho falls, we reversed to pick up an rexburg. They told me it was the U-Haul by the dairy queen. There is a U-Haul by the dairy Queen in rexburg, so I just assumed our reservation stayed in rexburg. They should have told us it got changed Idaho falls. The day of a reservation that we ended up going to the wrong location, the one by the dairy Queen in rexburg, because I was never told the actual street address or that the reservation has changed Idaho falls. When you arrived of being replication, employee at the U-Haul informed us that our reservation was actually in Idaho falls. I called the location in Idaho falls, and they told me I didn't have a reservation in Idaho falls. I went back to talk to the U-Haul employee in the Rexburg location, and she said the Idaho falls location was wrong and called them herself. The Idaho falls employee admitted he thought I was only talking about a dolly reservation, which doesn't make any sense because I didn't say the word Dolly once, and that's why he told me there was a reservation. This was so unnecessarily stressful and complicated. The employer ended up talking to in Rexburg was very helpful in getting our issues solved, however the store in Idaho falls was extremely unhelpful.

I drove the truck 8 miles and had it for an hour. They tried to claim that I had used enough gas that I should have put more in it than I did. Something isn’t right here.

Ben eCentral scheduling needs to confirm with actual u-haul facility doing the work that they will be fully staffed at the exact time of appt. before U-Haul sends automated appt. reminders. This is especially important in facilities that may have staffing challenges.
Jane FI can’t stress enough how exceptional the customer service was. The hitch was installed quickly and the manager Brandy was also instrumental in assisting me with picking out a bike rack in store which was my main reason for the hitch in the first place. This was a perfect one stop shop and I’m so grateful for their attention to detail and dedication to service.

Frank DOverall the vehicle (10 foot truck) was well maintained, clean and great to drive. One thing that could improve for sure, I was that the vehicle was leaking. I do not know if it was water or oil, but after driving for 10 to 15 minutes, and when I got to my destination it was leaking fast. So it’s good to check before hand.
