Great service by Milo when we picked up the truck and supplies. Really appreciated it. Got us off to a great start on our trip.
Brian CThe service here was simple, straight-forward, and efficient! I was in and out of this location, dropping off my 20ft truck within 10 minutes (there was a line). Would come here again to drop off, or pick up U-Haul or moving items (i.e., boxes, mattress covers etc.).

Blake RMy truck was not water proof. My stuff inside the truck got wet. Upon closer inspection there were mushrooms growing in the truck. I have pictures of it if necessary. Also they sold me a lock that did not fit with the truck that was rented to me and would not take it back because it had been opened. But obviously it was opened or else I would not have known that it did not work with the truck.

JOHN HVery picky on how much gas is left in the tank. They charged me $10 for 2 gallons short!!! Geez! Otherwise - the air ride on the side of the truck is not true. Very rough ride over bumps, but truck ran well for 1900 miles.
Sharon HOverall, this was a generally poor customer service experience. There was a customer ahead of me who was clearly distraught and communicating with someone via phone at the counter in the aisle over. There was only one customer service representative and there were at least 4 of us in line. Instead of moving to the distraught customer, he moved to the next person in line. When the distraught customer said "hey, I was here first!", the employee responded: "The line is over here". Also, the first trailer I tried to use had a connection issue by which the lights were malfunctioning and I had to get a different trailer. So overally, it was like 45 minutes of time for a 5-10 minute task. Certainly, things can be stressful when the ratio of customers to employees is high, however, it can be tolerated very well given the right customer service experience - and unfortunately, this was not one of them.
John CDropped off after hours and was charged $20 service fee. The app for dropping off did not work properly. I would like service fee refund. I also had damage from unload service and I reviewed with supervisor and have not heard anything.

Mike WThis location was nice thanks to the one individual that took over and helped me. However, the first employee that had originally came up to me was a complete A-hole and was NOT willing to answer any of my questions. If it was just him i’d give a 1 star. However, this other individual- a younger gentleman was super helpful in answering ALL my questions and gave me the correct support I needed. There was no manager on site and this young gentleman stepped in and showed true leadership! As a customer I would always want do business with him. He earns a full 5 stars which brings my total to 3 stars for this review due to the older employee making everyone else’s day harder for whatever reason. This is my first experience EVER renting with U-Haul. Thank you.
Omar SI have used u haul 6 times for college kids. The first five were extraordinary! This last one was disaster in u haul communication. The u haul dealers great. U haul would not commit to time. Hence could not schedule movers. Had to pay football players which ended up cheaper. U haul lost money. I have vested interest in that I own storage center with u haul Now thinking Penske
HAL HThe new Uhaul Vans are nice and updated, but there should be a way to lower the seat for us short legged people. Also it took me a good while to figure out where the gas tank was to fill it up. But in all it was a good experience.

Hilary GI was told to do a walk around and inspect the truck for any damage, but when I got out there to do the walk around the outside of the truck was filthy. It was almost impossible to see if the truck had any scratches or dents on it….. but the interior of the truck was clean

josh gI returned the keys of my truck to the office on civic ctr Rochester, MN and I got charged $21.63 for returning it back earlier by 1&1/2 days!!! The keys were given to the receptionist at that office. Very bad service.

Kelli OThe staff were great, but the store was understaffed for the weekend, so the wait was too long. Additionally, I was told the truck had half a tank full when I left, but as I drove out, I noticed it was well under half. I didn't have the time to return, so I ended up paying for fuel I didn't use.
Steven FGave me less than 24 hours to return and then told me to return by 4pm next day when the return time was set for 9am. So when i returned it i was charged an extra day for returning it late.

liam bI was so impressed with my experience this past weekend. The girl who checked me and hooked up the 6x12 trailer was amazing - friendly, fast, kind. Especially on a crazy busy long day. Then at drop off, the guy that unhooked our trailer was super fast and I was on my way way easier than expected. Thank you!

LOGAN S | First ImpressionsWhen I went to empty out my storage unit, I had mouse droppings and pretzels (not from me) all over my stuff. I showed the worker there and he said there should have been a mouse trap in my unit but there clearly wasn’t. I haven’t unpacked my stuff yet to see if there is further damage but now I get to spend several more hours cleaning all my property of mice contamination. Not happy about that. Plus the lady I spoke to when ordering the unit explained a completely different unit style and location. She said ground floor and I was not on ground floor, she said the unit had a loft and it did not. Honestly I’m not even sure she knew what she was talking about. Also The latch needs to be oiled. It’s almost finger breaking to unlatch the unit door.

Albert V | Online Move InThe facility was well maintained and the staff are great, but there were three reason I gave below average score; 1. Not having 24 hr access or at least til 9pm. 2. The door closest to my unit that was supposed to be unlocked during business hours never was. I’m a disabled veteran with mobility issues and had to walked further because the door was never unlocked. 3. My storage fee went up twice. It was only a small amount each time but the first time was after only a few months into moving in.
