Upon pickup or tank was on E. So, the agent came out and took a picture and notified me that my card would be refunded $20 since the Tank was on E. I have not received the $20 credit. Can you please take a look and let me know. Please and Thank you for your time.

Mitchell GClean the windows on your stuff. I found out the hard way driving with a fully loaded trailer at night your truck was not safe at all to drive at night. As soon as the headlights from oncoming traffic were in view my visibility got reduced significantly because of how dirty your windows were. Keep in mind I am not talking about oncoming traffic's high-beams, I am talking about regular low beams. I had to stop and pay for glass cleaner and microfiber towels to clean your equipment. What's even more aggravating is I had to pay an extra $80 for this truck because you would not honor a quote I received from your website that "was valid through April 5"... or the same day I picked up the truck. What is the point? If you are looking for help testing your website, because it clearly needs it, please reach out to me. There are tons of things you can do to make the customer experience much better and seamless.

Surendra SWhen I showed up a snow blower was left in front of the trucked and was the only U-Haul trucked covered in snow and iced up. I had to enter through the passenger side door and let the truck warm up for 30 minutes.
Elizabeth PSystem down. No effort to contact anyone for assistance. Got truck 3.5 hrs later than reservation. Truck had check engine light on. Staff dismissed my objections, had to insist on a different truck. Told that majority of trucks had it. Those all fail NYS safety inspection.

I needed the large unit, and this was the last one. I was told because of the lock they were going to need to move me to a smaller unit. After I called them up they figured out how to get the lock off and I was able to keep the unit. Not after they had charged me for the smaller unit. Now I have two charged on my account for 2 units. I am being told that it will fall off. I wait the three days and it cleared. I have to go in once again to clear this up. Here comes the next month and I am supposedly set up on auto pay. This is in fact not the case. Because when they were playing hop scotch with my unit they also cancelled this. I go in and I am assured it is now set up again and the 45 dollars on charges they said they will waive. Well here comes the next month and guess what is not set up. Oh yes my auto pay. I just moved all of my things out of the storage because I am being inconvenienced in having to go there every time there needs to be a bill paid or I need to resolve the issue of incompetent staff.
