Thor SThere were no trucks the size I needed in my preferred location. It would have been nice to have been offered a discount on mileage to compensate for the additional expense required. Also there was only one worker at the location on a Saturday morning and it seems like there should be multiple because I arrived early for my appointment time and it took over 40 minutes to wait in line then check out. The worker was great but clearly needed another person to ensure speedier checkout.

NICHOLAS CI have been building a home far from my residence and having all of the appliances and furniture shipped to this U-Haul storage facility over the period of a year and a half. Their manager, Amanda, was truly amazing. She helped with everything. When it was time to return the 2, 26’ trucks that I rented, that same service was present. I would definitely recommend this U-Haul facility!

Friendly, social, knowledgeable, and walked me through my poor trailer parking skills. Great team. Thanks for the help, will be back for trailer rental needs!

TIMOTHY WAlthough I had to fix the wire harness to make the lights work myself, the overall experience was excellent. The counter person was extremely helpful and professional.

STEPHEN CRear safety chain was not properly attached, so was dragged on the pavement for over 50 miles. We corrected it when warned by a passing motorist.

IAN WMy third time using “uboxes” Each time their dates of delivery were not correct. When the boxes leave the location loaded, there should not have to be 14 days for them to be delivered to the client. Otherwise everything was Great!
gail cpeople could have been alittle more friendly and understanding on thing when we hadn't been there before, and you people should consider if someone rent it for two days but bring it back early about giving them a half day discount
