Don’t allow people to make reservations when the truck isn’t going to be available. We wasted so much time today trying to find a truck

They were dealing with customers and other Uhaul employees that came into this location looking for equipment that needed to be transferred/transported to other locations. This did not effect this to gentlemen. They handled the situation with professionalism and pose. They are an asset to this location.

JOHN K100% the best U-Haul around the area, Mellisa is always greeting everyone who walks through the door. She is polite and accommodating always. The brand new vans are spacious and great to drive.
Nancy DThe parking lot was very crowded. I did find a space but my friend who was taking me home had to park at a business across the street and I had to walk across the road to get to her. The employee checked me out was very nice and I was very satisfied with my entire U-Haul experience.

Kenneth SI returned the u-haul at 6:45pm 14 hrs before my turn in time and they didn’t check it in until the next morning 6:55am even though they were open when I returned it so it should’ve been checked in as only being used for 10hrs. They were able to charged me for the whole amount doing it that way so be careful and make them check it back in before you leave or check in using the app!!!

Chris SI have mentioned before that I have been using U-HAUL for my moving needs since the late 1970’s! Back then customer service was poor at best with long wait times in the store. I have also used products such as moving boxes, dish boxes, wardrobe boxes, tape, dollies, and so on. This experience has been one of the best. With the exception that after acquiring a reservation it was never followed up by a phone call or text which I was assured was necessary for me to know WHERE to pick up my truck. I did have to call to find out. Needing to extend my use for another day thankfully worked out well. Returning the truck was simple and easy.

DOMINICK C | Overall ExperienceWE RENTED A 12X6 TRAILER WITH A RAMP TO LOAD BIKES, ATVS, ETC. BECAUSE OF THE POOR DESIGN OF THE TRAILER GATE, IT WAS ONLY POSSIBLE TO LOAD SOMETHING 5 FT WIDE. THIS FACT WAS NOT POINTED OUT WHEN THE TRAILER WAS RENTED. IT IS AN IMPORTANT FACT AS IT CAUSED US TO WASTE 5 OR 6 HOURS, DRIVE SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES, WASTE GAS, AND NOT BE ABLE TO LOAD WHAT WE NEEDED TO LOAD, NECESSITATING A RETURN TRIP.

Thanks to the paperwork provided I was able to compare the milage and gas fast and was on my way. The truck drove well!
