Jesus OQuite a contrast. Jefferson was very polite and very helpful. Nice young man. Now, we were supposed to drop off at Spring Hill feed on Shady Hill Rd. The owner was rude and refused to take the trailer although this is where we were told to drop off the trailer. U-Haul should do something about this location.

Arrived and was on my way within minutes and drop off was really quick, a worker met me outside upon arrival and was heading home in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this facility, WAY BETTER than other facilities, the best U-Haul experience i ever had.

ROBERT BThe owners/workers were super friendly and efficient. The truck was clean and ready to go. I had a great experience and only question one thing. I know an estimate of miles is requested, but why don’t you check the actual mileage when done. You have it written down. So you overcharge every customer $7-8. And 15 was said, but 20 was entered. It’s not a lot of money but it’s dishonest. Right now, every dollar counts.

SUSAN L8 days from Spring Hill FL to Billings MT was extremely unrealistic...I had to carefully avoid tornados in Texas and Oklahoma, very strong headwinds in Kansas and Nebraska, 30 miles of dense fog, snow and the closed road on Interstate highway 25 in Cheyenne, Wyoming for towing vehicles.

DAISY ROur rental was a last minute decision to bring furniture back to our house 35 miles away. Thank you to the employee on staff who helped walk us through the rental process. Take photos of the van etc… answered all my questions and was very helpful.
