KELLY MThis was by far my worst Uhaul rental experience. The trailer i rented bumped all over the place. I took it bk and the location and they told me oh it's fine it's just cause it's empty...Even after it was completely filled it still rattled and bumped around so bad that I stopped at a different location to try and leave my car and the trailer and rent a van. The person over the phone told me that's not possible. I dont think I'll ever rent a trailer again ill just opt for a truck or van.

Jason YI came at a time when there weren't anyone there except me so it worked out pretty smoothly but I do know that when it's quite busy sometimes getting in and out is a issue that's the only issue that I would have overall.
CHARLES SI was charged for gas even though I put gas in the vehicle. I have before and after photos that show more gas in the tank than when I first got the vehicle. Now I have to go back and show the fuel receipt and photos. Waste of my time.

James BI rented a truck for overnight and drove 26 miles. U-Haul estimated my gas consumption at 8 gallons. The guy who checked my truck in got pretty aggressive that I had to pay, yet said their trucks get 8-10 miles per gallon. After some discussion with the manager, I put 3 gallons in and we agreed. Other rental places I've used, top off the tank after each use so it's not a "guess". I thought the gas consumption estimate was pretty arbitrary. Thanks

Paul SMy storage unit is moldy the 24 hour access was not available. The door was broken. I had to wait for someone to come and give me access. I can only access my storage unit when someone is physically present. I will be ending my contract soon. the worst storage facility I have ever seen the walls are covered in mowed. The floor is moist. My belongings will not be able to remain there for long without being damaged that storage unit needs to be closed. It is un suitable for anyone storing household items, clothing and furniture very dissatisfied.

George PMy experience with this location was wonderful. Check in at the beginning and ending of the rental was smooth and fast. I do have one suggestion. For us more mature customers, a step stool to get into and out of the larger truck would be very helpful.

Rachel RJust maybe tell them that they will be getting a text before the lot that they need to respond to. Especially when pick up is at a dark time.
tracy PThis was my second 5' x 8' trailer rental. The second trailer AV 0211H was not a 5' x 8' trailer. My queen mattress barely fit, lengthwise. Also, there was an oil or gas spill in the trailer. The trailer smelled horrible. That is not something I wanted when moving a bed frame and mattress. The staff were helpful, but I was in a hurry and the folks in front of me were having hitch and light issues, so I took the trailer as is.

CRYSTAL JI dropped off my truck with over 15 man despair spoke with the attendant and I was charged for another day because he waited an additional 20 minutes before receiving the equipment in the system so it charge for another day. I saw that charge sitting in my account for almost a week before I had to reach out to them and let them know if I had they just would’ve kept my money.
KYLE CEasy transaction from start to finish. Newer truck drove very well, windshield was a little hazy on inside could be cleaner. Picked up freezer from local Costco, overall convenient location and a good experience!

The staff was friendly and helpful but many times they were overwhelmed and the wait times were long and unacceptable. Scheduling the proper amount of staff at the proper time is a management issue. I would say that my overall experience was "below average" if not for the smiles that the staff showed me.
