Location is terrible compared to originally requested location. Very inconvenient to access due to freeway if coming from west or north. Truck was dirty inside the loading area. Truck not assigned to my reservation despite speaking with someone the day before resulting in a confrontation with staff and a full hour delay by the time they figured out that they had failed to provide the basic service. National call center not open until an hour after I was scheduled to pick up my truck, so no help whatsoever. App useless as well.

I originally rented this uhaul in Pinellas Park for 03/30 for 8am. With 5790 62ave N Pinellas Park, FL 33781. When we got there, there was no truck. We were lied to and they first said that the truck was ordered on Arizona time.. When I showed them our reservation, they changed their story and said the people are late to returning the truck and told us we had to drive an additional 11 miles to pick it up at the CLEARWATER location. The agent did not apologize and did not reimburse us until after I called customer service and he finally spoke to his supervisor were we able to get a 50 refund. This was a horrible moving experience. I would never consider this location..

The app useage fir Android is dysfunctional, a 10 min check in for 24/7 access took 90 minutes and necessitated a call to the service center x2 tines to reset the reservation that I could complete the pick up process. Convenience should be just that, capable to meet the agreed parameters with out inhibition of tech issues.

the truck had animal piss inside of it and animal toy smelled freaking awful was more concerned with getting rid of the odor didnt get a photo mad about that. the power steering was also out on the truck just plain ol horrible I almost crashed trying to drive that damn thing. like these things arent checked before the next person rents the truck? my shoulder is still hurting because it was so hard to turn that damn truck never in my life drove a vehicle like this it was terrifying af!!!

The manager and staff got my wife to buy an adapter that had been provided in the past without charge. He also gave her a bigger trailer then after sending an initial receipt added an additional charge on the final receipt. I read online reviews and this seems to be a common incident with this manager. I have gone to this location in the past but would not return and makes me consider never using any U-Haul again.

Mike did an excellent job!!! I had a hitch installed on my Subaru Outback. The process was quick. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and was able to pick it up early afternoon. The hitch looks solid and look forward to stick a bike rack on it. The price is right! Will update if there are any new things that pop up as I utilize this hitch. And for peace of mind, I have the lifetime guarantee, which is definitely a good thing!!!

Overall excellent experience, everything was perfect. We used the facility to store our 4 childrens items and our camping, christmas and halloween stuff. The kids are all grown now and out of college, and we downsized, otherwise we wouldn't have left.

I really notice the difference in the cleanliness; outside grounds and inside. The new manager on site has really taken action to ‘clean the place up’ and it shows. Previously, (approx 1 1/2 yrs ago) I had seen dead German cockroaches & homeless loitering around & living in trailers; I was even approached. I am glad to see things have improved and would not hesitate to rent a unit again. Thank you.

I came in on a day when the computers were down. I was very impressed on how the staff dealt with it. They remained professional and patient through the outage finding alternate way to get things done. There were several customers and they got us all in and out quickly.

Advertised as climate controlled. Went in many times and the heat was stifling. Several times the thermometer on the wall was at 115, 120. The air conditioning ducts were blowing hot air. Some of my furniture was damaged by water. How is that possible, being on the second floor? I will stick to renting vehicles from here on out.

The main entry into the storage building was broken and then I had a hard time getting in with my card .A staff Member eventually helped me. the other part was that my bill was $129 and then my next bill was 138+ change and I asked, why it went up and I was told that it was an increase in fees. I always thought that I would be notified if there was an increase in fees and the signs still reflected $129 that I originally paid for. when I asked another staff member on another visit, they guessed that it was for insurance purposes and I explained that I had my own insurance and didn’t understand it had a charge. Other than that people were helpful and facility was clean

Every problem that could happen has happened. They didn't even have it in the system that I picked up the truck, somehow my reservation for my car hauler was canceled so I wasted gas $ n time going to uhaul twice just to be told they messed up my reservation. Had to get someone else to get the car hauler for me. I researched everything I could n asked several employees at the store if I needed the boards to load my car. 4 different employees said no when they saw my car in person so when I tried to load my car it broke a couple things off of my BMW 335 I convertible & now is in the shop & isn't drivable now. They messed up the drop off n storage unit. They were supposed to be at the same place & I called n double checked. They said it was correct. They said my storage unit was set up. It wasn't. So I called n got that fixed. But when I showed up the drop off n the storage unit were in 2 separate locations n the storage unit wasn't set up either so I had to do that again as well. I'm not exaggerating when I say I was on the phone w uhaul for 2 hrs a day for a week. & bc of the time I wasted trying to get everything fixed I couldn't get the help that I had set up to move so I had to do everything by myself & now have a sprained wrist & an infected wound on my leg along w having fibromayalgia. This has been the worst experience I could have never imagined. A supervisor was supposed to call me & I never heard from anyone. Please have someone call me. Anna Lowry 205 974 7144

The staff here is awesome. I met 6 different employees and they were all very personable and friendly. My o ly complaint was that I got locked out of my unit because my lock wasn't "approved" noone went over the lock policy with me when I checked in so I used the lock I had "padlock style" turned out to be an easy quick fix. The manager on duty gave me the correct lock without charge and let me in all within 5 minutes.

Staff need to make sure all pest infested things left behind like the furniture are taken to the trash instead of being left in a "FREE" pile next to the door. Also this was supposed to ne a climate controlled area and it was constantly over 80 degrees every time I visited to check on my storage. There was also a homeless person always lingering and living in his storage unit on the second floor outside the elevator with his dog. always asking people for money.

Was charged for a month for an oversized unit becausevI filled my 10 x 15 and needed a 5 x 5 to put my remaining things in for 2 weeks until I moved into my house. I was told the only unit available was another 10 x 15 and was charged $225 for 2 weeks of storage???? Pretty shifty business practice!

This facility is far above expectations for a storage unit. The owner Vit is very involved in the day to day operation and is very helpful and professional. The counter person we dealt with was Brianna and she was amazing in her customer service skills and willingness to make sure the customer gets what they need. I would recommend considering using this facility even if it meant traveling a short distance, THEY ARE THAT GREAT!

Awesome facility and staff! I rented a large unit for 4 years, from April 2016 - April 2020, and never had an issue. I never saw a single ant, spider, roach, or rodent the entire time. My belongings came back out in great condition after 4 years! Incredible.
