Hudson EBeautiful facility, everyone was helpful - even the employee who was only on her second day! Very friendly staff and easy process. Loved how much space there was to navigate and pick up and pull the trailer.

Richard BThe location I had to pick up was great- however the overall experience was terrible. I reserved a 10 ft truck in November, only to be told a few days before pick up in May that my option was a 15ft truck, 20 minutes away or a 10ft truck about 45 minutes away. I was offered no compensation and when I returned on monday I was charged an additional day, even though i booked it from Thursday-Monday- terrible service experience, it cost me more in fuel and I did not have enough stuff to fill the 15ft truck so it was all over the place in the back

ALANNA DThe box came the day I wanted after the carrier they use added. I had set up a date ahead of time but the transit from out of state caused a delay. I didn't realize my shipment was occurring with the timing of college spring break. I had paid as a way of getting my late sister's items to my home . overall , good experience but I had called back to ask about delivery setup and the rep I talked to was rude. I am sure she was stressed out from the spring break, but I had a delay of mine leaving the out of state due to no carrier to transport, and I was extremely upset because my sister's items. I had preset up my dates and the delay sent me over, then the rep being stressed made it worse. the carrier that brought the box and did pickup was great. They provided a ton of pads. the person packing didn't use them which wasn't uhaul's fault. The rep at the pensacola origin was fabulous. No matter how bad it was or how often I had to call he never lost his composure.

JAMES JWhen we got our van, the gas tank was not full even though the expectation was that the gas would be full. When we returned the van and notified the associate, he got an attitude because we informed him we did not fill up the tank. And questioned how we knew how much gas we used when we filled it up. My husband took pictures of the gas level as soon as we got into the van and filled it up just past half a tank. The fact that they expected us to fill it back up after receiving it under half was ridiculous.

JOHNNIE SThe black lady with the blond hair that works there. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL!!! She has a great attitude, very helpful, and always seems like shes happy to be at work. A people person who's very sociable and friendly. She was there when I picked my trailer up, AND when I dropped it off. And both times, she was a joy to be around. I wish I would have gotten her name to make sure I got the right person. But she is definitely great for business and yall need to give her a raise and take care of that specific employee because I guarantee you WILL NOT find another one like her!.

TIMOTHY PThe manager Rodger bent over backwards to help me and accommodate me as far as making sure the storage unit would hold everything I owned. He made sure that I understood and knew about all the availability hours access hours how to use the code and he even met me at the entrance of the storage unit when I came in to greet me and to see if I understood how to use the keypads and also to make sure that I understood And knew everything that I needed to know. He even gave me his cell phone number and told me if I had any questions or problems. Don’t hesitate to call that is the kind of people I like doing business with thank you to the staff at Uhaul moving and storage Cottondale

RUSSELL SThe pickup experience was smooth overall — the staff was friendly, and the location was fine. The trailer worked as expected, but it definitely could use some maintenance. The safety clips and hooks were rusty and tough to operate, and there was quite a bit of surface rust and cosmetic wear that made using the moving parts take extra effort. Good service, but the equipment could use some upkeep.

GARY TA one day rental for less than 4 hours was over $100, that is truly ridiculous! Wow U-Haul is definitely not there to make it easy on someone that is in an emergency bind!

CARLA AWe arrived with a reservation after spending over an hour at another UHaul location trying to get a truck. It still took over an hour to get one here, because the contract number and keys provided didn't match. They had to change the contract and still couldn't get everything to work. We weren't able to submit photos or documentation on the truck provided because nothing matched properly. Would never recommend UHaul again after this experience. This location was OK, and got us taken care of eventually, but the entire experience was terrible.

ZULEYDIS SThe drop off location place and people were fine. Pleasant and professional. The truck was clean, well maintained, and worked as it should. Everything and everyone was great. The experience was fine except for the following: It's the telephone reps who gave me a different drop off than I requested (which was texted to me) and then made me drop off the truck further from my home under threat of having to pay extra fees that pissed me off. Why should I have to accumulate more miles and a greater distance from my home because Uhaul wants the customers to disperse trucks amongst their franchisees?? I didn't sign up for that. And using the "system won't let us make changes" BS really didn't go over well at all. One rep says no problem Uhaul can change the drop off, and then transferred me to the other rep who said "we can't do it no matter what". Uhaul needs to make the ENTIRE experience benefit the customer. Customer convenience is a real thing. I am not part of the franchise delivery system, didn't ask to be drafted into it, and certainly didn't want to to be forced to use the Uhaul chosen drop off "because we are trying to expose the new location to more people" under penalty of having to pay excessive charges. Do Better Uhaul.
RANDAL FNo assistance removing trailer and would not give deposit back saying they did not have any cash at facility. I asked to come get my refund the following day and was told no - they will mail refund. This is unacceptable and cannot believe a business would not have 60$ on hand or even available the next day
