Justin HI was very disappointed that the customer entrance had no wheelchair access. I was told to go through the service entrance which was sketch at best. The crew was accommodating and that made things a bit easier to deal with. I was just shocked that in This day and age the disabled are still excluded

LAURA LI frequently rent from this location and the employees are always courteous and efficient. This is a very busy location. ONLY CONCERI HAVE HAD IS THE FRONT WINDSHIELDS NEED TO BE PROPERLY CLEANED IN THE INSIDE. Other than this, this is a 10 STAR location.
MICHAEL LCustomer service walked me through the process of getting the truck I reserved but failed to mention using my phone for the reservation process as well. It ended up in many upcharges. A heads up would have been appreciated.
Esmeralda PThe employees were unengaged and the application wouldn’t load, so it made picking up the truck longer and more tedious than it should’ve been. I suggest you return to the normal check-in process even though it was a bit long. The application check in is awful and frankly not worth it.

HECTOR STrain your employees so they can be knowledgeable on the product and can explain the charges and not lie about $6/gallon refill when in reality i paid $52 for refill on using 34 miles. How does that even convert?? A customer should not feel like they had hidden fees and scammed out of extra money (no explanation on the gas charge. SOMETHING needs to change.

HECTOR SThe staff was very helpful and everything was great. The main thing I wasn't happy with is that the 2nd floor has no elevator and you have to walk up 12 steep stairs. That made it more challenging. But they do have units on the ground level you can use. It's a smaller location so they only had 1 large one available on the first floor.

ALEJANDRO GI despise getting a car or rental with partial tank of gas. I was told it was 3/4 and it was less than that (I took a picture for proof ). I returned the van full, it cost me ~$45 for less than 60 miles of rental. I hate this and it makes me not want to ever rent again. That being said the van was clean, new, best one I have ever rented from U-Haul. The staff was competent, polite, well trained, helpful finding the van and adjusting the mirrors… this would have been the best experience ever if not got the gas. How am I as a single woman supposed to pump and watch a gauge and feel safe?

Julie PProbably my best experience ever at a Uhaul. The two employees were friendly, and helpful. In fact i didn't have to left a finger. They hooked the trailer up to my car and even put the handyruck I purchased into the trailer for me. I was in and out In no time. Only improvement I could see if any really, was I waited inside for a few mins in limbo...no one was there....but that's because the two employees were out helping previous customers just like they helped me. Easy. I appreciate the service. Thank you.

YONATAN BInsinuated we stole blankets we never took. The one packet of blankets we did take, we never used and returned in the original packaging. If your going to insinuate someone stole something, please look at the film footage before doing so. Why would any company do this?
Michael BBins were not clean and had lots of either dog hair or human hair. Other than that, the equipment was very useful and the staff at this location were very nice and helpful!
Carla HI was denied access to the storage unit around 5:00 pm over the weekend on a couple of occasions. This seems restrictive as I didn't receive any communication regarding the rationale.

Staff is always willing to work with me and ask questions to ensure that the truck, trailer, storage unit, or materials that I am seeking, will do the job. Kaylee / Kayleigh (I apologize for not getting your name in its correct spelling) helped me with my storage unit a few days ago. She made sure my items fit in the unit, after realizing that the unit I reserved, was too small. Excellent customer service. The owner Edgar is always willing to help. He closed out my unit yesterday since I didn't need it anymore. He valued my feedback. Again, always positive here. I'm sure I will be back soon.

RONDA D | First ImpressionsStaff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility had some issues. First, the parking situation was poor, making it difficult to access the storage facility. The parking lot was small, and there were many trucks and inadequate spaces to park near the storage facility. The sliding latch on the storage unit didn’t work properly for the duration of the month. I waited in a long line at least twice to alert someone. There was no way to call for help from the back. No one answers a phone locally. Lastly, the double doors were never accessible, forcing customers to use a single door, unless they waited in the long line in the front to notify a U-Haul rep, or the customer happened to catch a rep in the parking lot.

Left unit wide open and cleaned out on 03/09/2022

Also, there is others storage rental properties that would make your life easier having elevators with a lower cost per rental. In regards the Homeless guy I think he lives in the unit.

So we ask the guy (an employee?) inside and he said storage hours is closed despite the website saying it closes at 10PM; we were there at 9PM. I managed to figure out which keypad and gained access to the storage facility; we started moving my stuff into my storage unit. Soon after, he called the cops for burglary. We had to explain to the cops everything. Bottom-line is, the person inside the facility did not even know when the storage hours of operation are and was rude/extremely unprofessional. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else moving in late at night.

My only concern was that there was no room to unload storage items because the parking lot was full of the Uhaul trucks and trailers. It’s seemed as if the company doesn’t care much about the storage part but more of the trucks and trailer rentals. If there can be a better way to load and unload storage I believe you’ll get better Buisness. Thanks!
TONY O | Overall ExperienceEven thought we had reserved a unit three months in advanced, when we arrived, not only was there not a unit of our size available, there was no unit available for us to rent at all. We had to find a location with an available unit and then come back to return the truck. The staff member who worked with us was very apologetic, and she was very helpful in directing us to an alternative location, but it was still inconvenient for our reservation to have been over-looked.

It’s very difficult to get your car back to the loading dock to load stuff out of your storage and Been more difficult to return U-Haul trucks. staff Ordered me to move a very large U-Haul truck in that incredibly tight crowded parking lot I asked them to do it because it was so tight but Christian refused to help and navigating that area is incredibly difficult

It wasn’t until my daughter noticed a line on the wall and lined it up with the mark that I was able to apply the lock. I don’t think anyone should have to go through that. Had she not noticed I would have gave up and reported in broken. There’s no way everyone will recognize that marking.

When we called to confirm Sarah was able to fix the issue and went above and beyond to get us moved in! We thought we were going to have to park our truck full of belongings somewhere once we arrived and hope they weren’t stolen but Sarah got us all set up with a unit and even after leaving the office she sent us information to get us all set up for after hours move in. She deserves a huge kudos and a raise!
