lines too long

Have a buffer period when returning the vehicle so that customers don’t get charged another day for being 5 minutes over. We waited for more than 10 minutes to get checked in.

Drop off lovation in Tustin was very , very on top of getting me checked in and on my way ... GREAT SERVICE!!!

From the very helpful, polite reservation person, to the actual pickup and drop off, all was an easy, efficient and professional, making the moving process almost pleasant!

I tried filling up at the Shell station next door and didn't get the fuel gauge to the exact point it was at pick up. They forced me to go back to the gas station to buy $5 more gas to avoid at $27 charge on my bill. Horrible customer service. I suspect that UHaul and Shell have a scam going.

Location itself is convenient. However, very small for the business being run. There are few parking spaces for customers which can cause frustrating experiences, especially for anyone who drives there alone and may be forced to not pick up their truck, because they have no place to leave their car (parking is first come first serve). Staff was friendly and efficient.

The app to pick up a U-haul is unbelievably slow and tedious. I will never bother trying to use it again. You might as well just get rid of the app and just do counter check out because it's absolutely horrible. It took WAY too long to do something that was achieved by the counter clerk in 2 minutes.

I was overcharged. At my pick up I specifically asked for extra days in anticipation of turning the truck in late and the price of my reservation went up about $120 ($40 per day plus coverage). This Increased my truck rental from $320 to about $440. I turned in the truck the evening before the schedule drop off (early). The drop off location was not understanding at all. The guy told me that uhaul never charges for extra days at the pickup location. Further, he told me that I was supposed to turn it in by the 8th and so I will have to pay for extra days (problem was it the 7th). After he clearly did not know what day it was nor willing to look into it or budge, I was charged again almost $120. After contacting uhaul, I was told that they would look into it and get back to me and that it would take approximately 72hours to get a response. It has now been two weeks and no one has gotten back to me.

Great service from reserving a truck rentel online, picking up at the store and final check out.

The truck was in good shape except that is downshifted every time I touched the brakes. . . generally, that a good thing except when you're not planning to stop. . .then it's a problem.

Fast check in; truck ready quickly; great staff

Pick-up took longer than I expected. It would be nice if those who made reservations had a little higher priority to getting served over those that did not.

Everything was very good

They wrote down the wrong starting fuel level and charged me $68 for not leaving the fuel at the same level. Two days, three emails and 35 minutes on the phone to get my money back. No apology. Offered nothing for the error or inconvenience. Also, the driver's side wiper blade was the wrong size and splitting in half.

Ten people in line one employee. Took an hour to get a truck no excuse for that

Where's copy of payment?
William K. on
Mechanics who can't fill out forms on the computer probably shouldn't be asked to do so. I was ready to pay the outstanding charges on the day of the return, and then the discounts that were attached to my bill disappeared when the final statement came. It's also no surprise that there were multiple errors on my final statement.

Equipment was rushed through from a previous rental- which was ok. But then they over charged me, I called them to tell them and they said they would fix it. They still haven’t, so now i’ll Have to call again. This is a complete wast of my time and very frustrating.

1 1/2 wait to pick-up trailer on Sunday Agent on duty by himself was doing the best he could with the line to get everyone taken care of. Rented 6 pads I never used. The agent on duty when I returned the trailer on Monday did not want to refund the $10.00 charge, but finally agreed. If I had been told the charge was permanent would not have taken them.

None really other than your system was down nationwide so unless you had a reservation you could not rent anything or buy any supplies. You should have some kind of emergency back up system. there were a lot of very disappointed people being turned away.

The U-Haul call center told me that the size trailer that I wanted would be moved to this location and be available when I needed it the next day. The manager at this location told me that the call center was not well trained, and that this location was a request only. The trailer I wanted was 40 minutes away. Not acceptable.

The truck and service were excellent. My only criticism is that they need more room and space.

Customer Service was terrible. I could hardly see out of the windows and truck was delivered to me with 1/4 tank of gas on 26 ft truck. This is unacceptable. The time that they allowed for my moving was rediculous and had to move into the night to return truck on time; which I did.
