This location was by far the best experience I've had with any moving/rental company. I was able to pickup my truck quickly with everything loaded into it. The staff was generous with their flexibility after I left my charger in the cab and rapidly helped me get everything

The location and van were great. The problem was the verification process. You have to have 2 verifiable phone numbers that the agent called on the spot. This was a problem as my wife who was the 2nd number (mine was the first) did not pick up the phone. The agent would not rent the van without a second answered phone number. I feel this is not necessary as the first number rang in front of him. He said the policy was just instituted. The fact I had a credit card that was approved and a phone number he could see was valid should be enough. I will find another rental company in the future for any other needs if this is remains the U-Haul policy.



Crew when picking up equipment was very slow and inefficient. They acted as though asleep. Computer was also very slow and it took 30 minutes just to rent a trailer for one day. Return crew was much better.

I received a truck with broken handle and almost empty gas. When I was received this truck ,I request to change for another truck. They ignored me in a rude way and did not even try to Liston to me. I had very hard time to operate this truck. I felt very unsafe driving this truck throughout the day.

Only 1 person was checking people out at the cash register when I picked up the trailer. When I showed up, 1 customer was being helped and 2 of us were in line. By the time I was helped, there were 3 people behind me in line. Having a second person at the cash register would be helpful.



The check in of the rental was easy, quick and the attendent was responsive. The vehicle was cleaned promptly within minutes of being returned. I mentioned the $25.00 refund if I swept out the truck which I did and the attendent seemed to not know about it, even though there is a large sign inside the truck stating the sweeping refund. I also reserved a trailer earlier in the month, and then realized that it would not be large enough.

Charging $50 dlls to guarantee the rental will be available when making a reservation? What's the point of making a reservation in advance?

I'm rating them excellent only because of the staff at this location. The 2 guys were very good at their jobs, but by not opening until 9am on Sunday there was a huge line and it took quite awhile to get to everyone and unnecessarily put unneeded stress on your customers and staff

The use of the mobile check in and return is cumbersome. Not necessarily the staffs fault but really inconvenient when I’m unable to complete a return. I tried 5 times before I gave up and decided to come in in the morning because there’s no information on what to do. Staff questioned me as if it was my fault for not knowing to leave the key but I don’t rent uhauls often so I had no clue in what the process would be if the mobile return has an issue. Gas was at appropriate level too but I still got charged for a quarter mile under. Was an annoying experience especially after a long day of moving.

When i called the branch, they guy who answered was so rude and it felt like they didn't want to be there. They also lied about the availability of the trucks. They said that the earliest it's available was at 3:00 pm. Good thing i checked online and there's still a slot for 1:30. So disappointing.

The young man at the service counter was especially rude. He seemed to take offense when I asked for clarification about new policies u-haul has implemented recently. Also, he spoke incredibly fast while at the same mumbled. The gentle who work in the pick-up/return area were much better. There was an elderly man who brought me vehicle to me. He was delightful. The facility was a disaster. Poor layout... after receiving my truck, I was unable to leave the lot for 30 minutes while being blocked by another customer returning their rental. Terrible over all.
