The stearing on the truck wandered alot. Not an issue in cross town move but long haul would have been difficult.

Although everything went well and I am thrilled with the service and equipment that I always get from this location; I have not received a phone call regarding the final charges to my credit card. I am expecting the final total to arrive by mail but, I thought that someone would call me as well. Thank you for great service with a minimum of fuss. I want to make sure that the truck I rented gets a gas cap. Mine was missing and think that may be dangerous.

We had self checkout and arrived at 6am being on a tight schedule. The key that was assigned to us in the lockbox was for a different car. They had misready the label and switched keys so we had to wait till almost 7am till they opened to get the correct key. Threw our move off with our multiple pickup stops and times. No credit was offered for their mistake.

I rented a 26 foot truck on July 21 and drove the truck approximately 7 miles put 3 gallons of fuel in it and the manager charged me to put five more gallons in the truck that is ridiculous I know that the truck gets more than a mile to the gallon I am been ripped off and I have to called your office to let them know what happened . The manager at that office is an ass , he needs to go to a customer relations class because he has no relations with customers commonsense would tell you that a truck does not take 8 gallons of gas to go 7 miles. I drive a semi tractor-trailer and I have rented U-Haul trucks probably over 100 times in the years that I've been driving for Allied Van lines and this guy is trying to convince me that this is a large truck and it takes a lot of fuel well I drive a tractor trailer with a 550 hp motor and I get 6 miles to the gallon. I will never ever use that location again this is the worst I've ever been treated at a U-Haul location. David Mcgee PS I am putting the word out on the street thank you again

The truck was a little beat up but ran ok. Main issue was after hours return, the return area was completely full and even the customer parking lot had trucks in it. I had to precariously squeeze a 26' truck into a small spot which was not great. Customer service was great however, which saved the experience.

I am always micro managed on fuel. Put in 3 gallons and only drove 48 miles but still charged for fuel. Annoying.

I really felt bad for your employee assiting me at the counter as he was by himself for a period of time and after getting baraded by some of the customers he handed every situation very well . I asked him how he was doing and said I felt bad for the situation he was In. He represents uhaul very well and if you have some sort of an incentive program for employees I would defienfly recommend him . Im just sorry I didn't remember his name .

First they give me rate he asked to me for insurance and I said the guy he is name travis Cochran I have a insurance my own it take care that he said ok . After I drop the truck they charge to me 15 dollars for insurance I want my mint beck my account . I call him he never call me beck .

Telling a customer that their reservations are wrong and that their charges and fees is what it is, makes you feel really stupid for making reservations on line. I was trying to make reservations for a 1 way trip from Tustin to San Bernardino 15" Truck and there's a fee of $164. But there was a savings line of $59 to return truck to same location. I clicked on the savings portion. Then when I went to the location, my price was back at $164 round trip, and I then said, I'll take the one way trip for that price. And clerk said, sorry, we have no trucks for 1 way, and you'll need to go to another location for a 1 way trip. This made absolutely no sense to me, so decided to just use their truck and pay the fee. I think if the clerk could have explained the fees of $164 compared to the $59 savings, could have made it a lot easier to understand the charges. Saying their price is what it is, and the savings was just an arbitrary savings amount, could have made me feel more at ease, then feeling like an idiot making a reservation on line where the reservations showed a different pick up location, and different drop off location. Internet website needs to be fixed, as I originally wanted a 1 way trip, NOT pick up from 1 location and return it back to another nearby location. Why say return to the same location when it's not at the same returnable location? It would be easier and convenient to do one way, then confused a driver to save an arbitrary savings.
