Getting out of the back of the property with the vehicle is a little challenging. It should be better marked. However all the staff from the counter to the yard we friendly, efficient and easy to work with.

Get rid of the pan handling vagrants in the uhaul parking lot and on side walk in front of store! The trailer had to be over 50 years old and in very bad condition! I would never rent again from haul . Very stupid people working at store including manager!

I was charged $62.91 as the final bill and that was on Saturday 2.15.2020 but when I woke up this morning 2.19.2020 my account was charged again for the same amount for $54.20 and $7.54 which adds up to $61.74 so I'm really confused to why I was charged twice for about the same amount. Your staff need training for customer relations. I felt I was trapped in your company.Actually I heard rumors about u-haul about reservation that the system is forcing you to choose 3 or 6 hours usage. Ithought I rent the truck and needed to return in 24 hours.when you put the prices like $39.99 what does it mean it is not clear per day? Per reservation? I actually will ask this question to BBB When I asked this your staff he was really rude.He was saying that you choose 6 hours option I told him that I did not choose Online system is not giving 24 hours option but he did not listen.He might be more polite he talked to me like he is fighting with me he was rude and seems he does not cooperative

After I had completed every step of the Rental process through the app and was going to get my van I was stopped at the location of pick up to do everything again at the counter because " there have been some issues in the past." It delayed me by 10 min. Get your house in order! If you offer self through your app make sure your employees don't ruin the customer experience

No customer parking and I reserved a furniture dolly and it was not available. What is the point of reserving items and offering it on the website if it is not available during pick up. Very disappointed in the services offered.

This comment is not for Tustin location. It is about overall experience with Uhaul. It is absurd to inform your customer two days before moving date on equipment change. Your online reservation system is misleading consumers what they reserved online. If you cannot accommodate a truck, you must inform about your truck availability at the time of booking.
