My reservation was moved to this location that was farther away specifically so that a truck with 24 hour pickup was available. I spoke with someone who told me the setup happened. But when I arrived it was not set up. I had to wait 2.5 hours for the store to open. Once I was there, it still took 20-30 minutes to find the truck and get it ready. I called the customer service line who was also no help. Very dissatisfied.

The truck was not in perfect shape mechanicaly, very shaky ride ! And upon dropping the truck back the worker that took care of me was rude and not trying to understand what I had to say ( regarding missing pads that I never had .. paid 10$ for 12x only had 6x in the bag. The the worker kept asking me where was the missing pads, when I obviously had no clue) ended up saying “ I don’t care “ when I tried to explain to him a last time that I only had a sealed bag in the truck. I will take my business somewhere else.

Make drop off a little quicker. The people working there were very helpful, but they had to go out of there way to notice I was waiting in a line that I didn't need to be waiting in. I would just make it clearer how returning the U-Haul process goes.

This location is well stocked with any supplied one might need for a move and was ready with my truck when I showed up. This is my preferred U-Haul location as they always make check-in or check-out easy.

We had excellent experiences at both the U-Haul pick-up in University City, MO, and the drop-off in Winchester, TN. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. The University City employee was wonderful, he was very informative, professional and resourceful! Adrinna, the manager in Winchester, TN, was particularly outstanding and went the extra mile for us.

I only put about 30 miles on the truck and you charged my for 8 gallons of gas plus $30 fee for gas. I feel cheated.

First complaint is the political beliefs on the clothing of your employees. At my job, we don’t talk about politics, and we certainly don’t wear political beliefs with curse words. Very unprofessional. , but my biggest problem is that he threw the dolly in the back and it was flying around on the way to my first destination, flying around smacking the front , smacking the back, I didn’t even get on the highway and luckily I was only a mile or a couple miles but that’s completely unnecessary. When I returned it, I found a way to put the dolly in that didn’t do that. It was terrifying and scary and then when I dropped it off, he (different guy) didn’t say a word to me. He just took the keys and walked away. I said am I supposed to come with you? Oh yeah, you’re done you can go , terrible customer service and furniture dolly was not available although I reserved it . The price was great. The truck was fine except the dolly flying around.. it was so scary. I would think of someone works there they would know better. And it wasn’t because of their political clothing because I didn’t say a word about it. I was very kind.

I spoke to the GM the morning of my trip and they couldn’t ring me up so I had to wait for another person to help. I was running late for the movers I’d hired so I paid and went on with my day. This was a 15’ truck and I usually have no problem driving this big of a vehicle but this one was floating all over the road. I was worried but in a time crunch so went ahead with my plans. The truck ended up having BALD tires in the front and had blown fuses for the running lights on the loadshare I agreed to. Because of all of this my trip was delayed and unsafe. When I got to Colorado, the store there was amazing and helped me out in ways that the first store should have but didn’t give a second thought. I was told multiple times that the truck I was driving should have never left the lot, I’m beyond frustrated. I wish I would have used a different rental company from the start.

Dishonest people. I should have taken a photo of miles and gas tank because they cheated me on both. I caught the gas tank iseir but didn't see the miles until after I left. Super slimy and tacky guy.

The prices here are way higher than the Uhaul I other areas for a fraction of actual space. If I had know their largest inside container was double the price of one of medium size at the other Uhaul’s I would have never rented a storage at that facility.

The new reservations were the result of substantial flooding in the building. The management was extraordinary in facilitating moving stuff out of our 2 flooded units, storing it in 2 U-Boxes and then finding space in the building after the clean-up for re-storing much of our stuff going forward. Everyone was very diligent and responsive - and retained calm and good humor throughout despite the mess. Landon was the point person and managed the complex details of the process and the large group of staff hired to do the work. We are thoroughly impressed with all of them. 😊 Our thanks to all of you.

storage unit was flooded, and i was not contacted when all my materials were thrown away without my permission. Anthony the general manager was very helpful, while the assistant manager talked down to me and was very rude. Would not recommend this place to anyone else.

They just had taken longer to get setup on a new storage due to computer issues and being busy it took almost 2 hrs just to rent a storage space.

Our storage was flooded and it’s certainly due to uhaul’s inadequate protection of storages, but I can forgive it cus it’s a natural disaster. HOWEVER Uhaul staff threw away a lot of our possessions without letting us check?!! The front desk promised they have cleared everything and didn’t allow us to check our original unit before the flood. I tried to call the University City Uhaul but kept being redirected to another location. I have lost almost everything as a college student and I’m really helpless right now there’s no way to solve this. Will definitely tell everyone to stay away from Uhaul!

Rates increase often for pest control & maintenance, although there's critters in walkways and outdated rat poison pod in my unit. Insurance paid monthly doesn't cover water damage of any kind. Unable to access my unit after office hours due to broken door latch. Even though approx. a foot of water leaked into my unit and I had to dispose of most items that was on the floor, staff were extremely helpful with boxing things that could be saved, preventing more water from entering the unit, and providing movers to relocate my items to another location.

The young man who helped me (Cladis? - the one with the nose ring) was extremely polite and professional. He immediately acknowledged me when I came in and he was still helping another customer and apologized for my wait. He looked for and found an option when I was not satisfied with the 1st option,. He made sure that I understood everything and even held the door for me. He is to be commended!!!!
