Melanie and the team are great, the facility is awesome.
ADAM BThe poor score of 1 star - which. if it would’ve been possible to select myself a value to reflect tho value of the last visit at the facility on Monday of June 29th 2026 - it is still too high for the proper reflection of the so-called “service” provided by (none the less) the one calling herself the Manager! The entire “service” of her belittling and threats of to be “sent out” , her tone, her decibels, her lack of disrespect towards a customer who came only to inquire and to find a solution about my recent notifications why am I still billed for 2 (two)! storage units when [actually] at the termination of the 1st unit she - theManager! - was directly instructing/ ordering to (the very pleasant Mina) how the closing of the 5x5 unit to proceed (by switching) to a 1/2 price of a bigger unit (… afterwards realizing that it was way to big… the 10x20!!! which was actually compressed of 2 units of 10x10 side-by-side!, definitely wasn’t for my needs -but) for the next 3 months due to the fact that on the 5x5 she would not go back to have to refund what was already overcharged (contrary to the very 1st rental of a cargo van’ offer). Even if I was to be in the wrong - either with a bill or a product - isn’t the position of a Manager to come with certain finesse and proper conduct and skills and knowledge on how to - with calm, respectful and with professionalism - to find a solution to an inconvenience created at my expense,…?! What is of some people when in fact the wrong (even if there was no need nor intention from my part to come blazing guilts/ faults) - that actuality it sends them into an aggressive (even iv it’s by tone… as it was in this particular situation) and (hopefully- just. unconsciously) impression of grandeur and full entitlement of supremacy and totalitarianism?!? What was needed with my coming there, was to have to ask for a solution to the problem that it ensued - and not to be aggrieved and humiliated by her,, with Emily (another young employee - quietly, trying to help the situation; regretfully- mo match for her Manager’s bullying) sitting beside her and a few customers in the facility!!! The lack of her own responsibility (more so of when she realized that again indeed there was an oversight) and the abuse of her position and then adding the disdain towards me and practically calling me a liar (not directly…. but most definitely by the numerous times that she - condescendingly telling me that because she does not have a photo of the empty unit that I liberated on the Sunday of June 14th I had not have been actually stopped the service!!! and even questioned me - rhetorically - that if indeed I was even there on the particulars days there …. ?!!!? That - was a different type of gaslighting - let me tell you … I had asked her - numerous times!! - to watch the replays on the surveillance cameras - of the Saturday the13th of June (speaking and dealing with a different young employee named Aesha - pardon my spelling if ig is not the correct one) the day that I requested the need (again) of a cargo van and giving the notice that I am closing the rental account / as I was to (by the latest of tomorrow- June 14th) I shall have my belong removed) and the surveillance of the Sunday June 14th (the day of my collecting my belongings and having them hauled in the rented cargo van. after which at a later time had it returned - same day of 14th). She was very stingy and very abrasive by shutting me that she was not to watch the cameras - that “maybe you weren’t here….” !!!!! WATCH THE PLAYBACKS !!!! could’ve been that simple … if she was really to think that I lost my marbles… not that I was - a simple and right thing to do from her position was to acknowledge that it was an oversight,. that’s it ! let’s solve snd move on! Being unprofessional and demeaning and totalitarians it shall not be part of the skills nor traits of a Manager - nor the theatrics for ‘show and tell ‘ who is ‘the power’…. And, if mot even after just mentioning ‘in pass’ that Aesha confirmed (by phone) that I requested the account to close - it still was not in her (this Manager$ to humbly just. at least !!!, be quiet! please! but no - she even made a point out/loud and helping herself with the flying around of her arms on how big would be the advertisement note on my account !!! when she will close it…. whoa - that was something! And the ‘cherry on top’ : that she was apologizing to the other patrons - while they were sitting quietly each and one of them…. such a disappointment- on who we are exactly when an issue it is not directly ours… Please have your ‘Manager’ known just this: that of all of the friction that she created, she should’ve apologized to those people for her behaviour that was simply a reaction of her inner personality mainly because of her narcissistic self. In conclusion/ very disappointed with the outcome ion my last interaction with the Manager on site. Regards,.

The pick-up and drop-off process was smooth and convenient. Kumar explained everything clearly, including how to complete the customs information and required forms. His guidance made the process easy and stress-free. We also used U-Haul’s moving help service for loading, and the movers did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and handled our belongings with care. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend U-Haul and their moving services to anyone planning a move. Mike CRandy was amazing. He took a very stressful situation and made it smooth and comfortable. He even noticed my trouble with the lock and ran out to give me a lesson. The app was not working and Randy calmed my panic. He gave me a voucher for a month free storage and allowed an extension in returning the truck because of my pick up delays.

Jordan MCheck out took almost an hour. Manager doing check out was too talkative about personal stuff that had nothing to do with rental. Vehicle was clean on outside but not inside, we had to throw out a very smelly air freshener as it gave us both headaches. There was no check in at return at all. Just gave our keys back.

brian sTl;dr - Read the fine print and don't trust the staff. Store manager told us to "not worry", that at pickup that if we returned the truck with anything over a ¼ tank, we would be refunded for any excess. We returned it with double the required fuel, $100 extra, and were only offered the $18 fuel surcharge. We complained, and were offered only another $18. Trucks were great and overall very helpful, so we are very disappointed in U-Haul's lack of customer service in remedying this. Do not recommend.

Lisa sFriendly service, the person was working hard trying to answer phone calls, dealing with staffing issues of someone calling in sick and finding a replacement while trying to help us. I wasn’t a fan that he was answering the phone while I was at the counter. However I understood he wasn’t one to typically work the front line. He was very kind and it was clear he wasn’t trying his best .

Richard BIt was very hard to move long distance with an American truck. It was almost impossible to read the KM on the speedometer since MPH was the prominent speed indicator and the Kilometers were very faint.
Strelive BNothing to do with this location but Uhaul as a whole SUCKS!! I booked a cargo trailer from Saskatoon location to pick up and a drop off location in Regina. Day before pick up I was informed trailer not available and small trailer which was useless was substituted at a very later pick up time. Then I was wrongly booked to pick up a trailer and return to the same pick up location in Regina. It was booked as a one way and they wouldn’t change the booking. I called once again and finally got a trailer from this location. I dropped it off the next day before closing and I got a call 3 days later asking when I was going to drop the trailer off!?! Unbelievable. Uhaul is a joke but there is no competition so we’re stuck with a subpar company.

SIMON AMy reservation was for the Park st. location. First, I was at the counter while one man l99ked up my reservation. Another customer came in to return their vehicle, and the Park st employee serving me started talking to him and answering his questions while I stood there waiting. I did not appreciate that at all. Then he tells me they didn't have the van I booked and I had to go to Victoria. "Dont worry, its not that far" another employee told me. Yes it is far, especially since I'm paying for each extra kilometer. I asked for a discount or at least a free dolly. He has to call the traffic department to verify. The agent on the phone needs to learn that we can hear him loud and clear. "She pays for the van, she pays for the dolly but tell her she gets a reservation guarantee". So Park st. DOESNT guarantee? That was just a shot in the wind? Took my chance that maybe it would work out? The employee asks the man on the phone if he wanted to talk to me and clearly hear, "Why would I want to talk to her?". Umm, because your customer service sucks? Because your staff are useless and you sound like a dick? I drive to victoria and waiting fucking forever. Finally get my van. The staff there st least knew what they were doing and were friendly. But I will absolutely, never, ever, recommend Uhaul, especially n9t the park st location

Elizabeth Z | First ImpressionsI would never recommend the park st location to anyone. I went there at 2:30 to pick up my truck. I had already made a reservation at 1:42pm. When I reached the park st location they said we don’t have any trucks available. I said how was I able to make the reservation. They started saying about their back hand thing which I couldn’t understand. My only urgency was I wanted a truck and I was not a walk in customer I had made a reservation. And instead of arranging a truck for me they just said you can go to victoria ave. How would I explain someone that I came to the location by UBER. Now I have to again go to a different location to get the truck. Customer service was so bad they didn’t even let the victoria location know that I was coming. The lady who helped me was so nice at the Victoria location she had to make a call to park st location that the guy is here to pick up the truck. They didn’t even inform them. Nobody is going to see how much back and forth I had to go from this location to the victoria one. Very bad customer service from the park st . They simply said we can’t do anything you have to go to a different location. That how you provide service? And after making a reservation this is what I hear can’t do anything. Nothing bad to Victoria location you were amazing.

It was our duaghter & partners belongings, CHRIS BRADBROOKE , an Australian citizen who took charge of the documentation in ADDITION to TERESA LEAVEY and the ETA keeps getting DELAYED with a current ETA departure date of FEB 28 with is already WELL PAST to the documented ETA of 2-4 MONTH’S! We PAID this amount from CANADA in US FUNDS in GOOD FAITH and here we are today FEB 25 with ABSOLUTELY NO CONFIRMED SHIPPING DATE! As MR Bradbrooke stated is his last email dated Feb 23, ( U-HUAL reresentative “ Guirellimo” REFUSES to ANSWE MR Bradbrooke’s emails!) the U-Haul service has been truly DISAPPOINTING, and NOT ONLY are we looking for a CONFIRMED Depatutre DATE, some sort of FINANCIAL COMPENSATION AS WELL!
