ensure the representative are giving accurate info. I reserved a truck in an ample amount of time weeks in advance, I made a modification in person days in advance, and almost did not obtain a truck. The representives where able to accomate me still with my needs, and i was able to accomplish what i required the rental for in the time needing. I was also taken care of the inconvience i was put through. End of the day they were professionals, worked with my needs and I will consider returning for future rental needs.

Your staff at the West Babylon location is very professional and out to help you in any needs that you need done as far as renting the truck storage unit I like to give them a big 10 stars at least to Stephanie and the other young lady that I don't remember her name they help me out big time during I went to snowstorm which was great they went above and beyond the Call of Duty they're incredible they're an asset to your company keep up the good work with these ladies they're incredible thank you have a blessed day

The process is extremely time consuming and the customer service is horrible! $40 fee to clean the truck when there was nothing in the truck? I will never rent from U-Haul again.

The manager is amazing but your company’s processes are a nightmare and the way you harrass costumers and their emergency contacts are abusive and will he reported to consumer affairs and attorney general. I secured a unit. I switched the unit in 5 minutes bc it was broken. I end up paying twice and they never switched it over to the new one. I get non stop calls to my Neigbor and I mail threats overage charges and I did not even have the unit 10 days!!!!! A complete botch up and my emergency contact will no longer be my contact. You compromised my privacy refusing to accept a po address for billing and instead send a 10000 notices to my physical Address where I have an order of protection to my husband who now opens the mail learns of my number which should not even be on the invoice!!!!!!! No privacy no regard I will get rid of this unit assp!!

First off, the Staff was Great and very Pleasant People that Helped me, I rented a 10 foot van For 5 Days, I been doing this 2-3 times per Year for 15 Years now, The Staff informed me I can only Rent the truck for 1 day now, That it’s a new company Policy, After 30 minutes of persuasion they give me the truck for 5 Days, I get all the paperwork and step into the First of 3 trucks that don’t Start up, After the second truck had a Broken Stering Colum, we finally got the 3rd truck to run Properly and then Finally I went off to do My work.This Location in west Babylon is my home town Dealer which I been using for 15 Years now, I hope this Dealer Can Resolve these Problems and Return to the way U-Haul should be Treating its Customers Thanks Greg

The new general manager was the change that store needed. Her name was Shelest Jones. From someone who’s had several rentals and never a pleasant experience with prior management Shelest was a complete opposite. She was patient, explained everything simply in a way I could understand and made sure I left with what I needed. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for excellent customer service!

Everything was great, had to deduct one star because 1) mileage in was incorrect which charged me an extra mile. 2) I was charged for 4.5gal of gas when I filled the tank up exactly where I was told to, 5/8 of a tank. Had to stay extra time to correct this error which resulted in me being charged an extra $10, had I not noticed.

The general manager Shelest was AMAZING! The customer renting the truck prior to me never returned it and she was able to get me into a truck of the same size anyway. She was fantastic and I will use this location again if I need to rent a truck.

The staff at 451 sunrise hwy are all exceptional, Anthony and Veron are always so friendly and just seem to always go above and beyond the call of duty. They are definitely professional and are aces in my book. It is because of the staff at this location that I continue to do business with this facility.

The communication with the manager was poor. He explained that yeah up to five days before they locked you out and when we had a blizzard, I was two days late and they locked me out because I couldn’t get inside the place or to the place and then they charge me a leaf fee, very unfair and unsatisfied Would not recommend U-Haul to anyone poor management

The entire staff at the 451 sunrise hwy facility should be commended for the exceptional excellence in customer engagement and service. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and courteous they get an A+++ in my book. The 5x10 indoor unit is a bit on the expensive side and seems to increase in price every few months. The storage hours are acceptable and units are secure. However, the most inconvenient thing to note is the very large bump you have to figure out how to maneuver the dolly around in order to exit the storage facility.

I had my Unit (001) since 2006 at the U-Hall in West Babylon, NY. For the majority of that time the manager was Mary. Mary was an outstanding individual and always professional and kind. My experience for the 16 years I had this storage unit was excellent. There was one incident that my car was broken into and the staff was very supportive in assisting with the situation. Thank you for your service and if I am ever in need to rent a unit again U-Hall will be my first choice.

This storage facility is run down and very dirty! The units are dark and there is not enough light from the hallway to see inside the units at night. We had water damage in our unit. We were not happy

The insulation on the ceiling was falling down which worries me because I want to make sure it is insulated. The guy did tape it up. He was rude and we felt like we were a bother since the get go

My bedroom set was destroyed because of water getting into the unit when it’s supposed to be a safe secure waterproof unit. Very disappointed that i have to go through insurance now to get money back
