keep the lights off after dark such as to minimize impacts on birds and insects. Particularly during migration periods. I understand, per Sydney, that you guys have been doing that but it took some extra effort. I appreciate it. I hope you will consider the light impacts your facilities may have on the public and public resources at all your locations. Of course, there may be alternative lighting systems that may be more appropriate. Thank you, Sydney was great. Other staff as well.

I initially reserved a 20ft in Livingston. 30 min before I was scheduled to pick it up they said they didn’t have it. I then had to reserve a 26ft in Bozeman, I called before driving there to confirm and they said it was available. I showed up and was told it was not there. They referred me to my last option at huffine lane. They had the 26ft available but it had trash inside and did not appear to be clean. I asked for unlimited miles because I had to drive an hour away to pick this up and it added much more miles than it would have if I could have had it from Livingston. They reduced the price per mile and set me at 60 miles which I would have only had to go 50 maximum. All in all wasted 4 hours of my time on a day I had to move

I thought the whole process was seamless and the communication was top notch! Starting in Vermont, getting the box delivered to its arrival in Bozeman, MT, EVERYTHING went smoothly and as they clearly communicated to me. I would definitely use the UBox again. and Kourtney in the Bozeman office and her staff have been just great to work with.

I reserved a 15 ft truck 2 months prior and the day before pick up i was told none were available so had to use a 10 ft van and a 5x8 trailer. I wanted to return the trucks at a location close to me but was told there was no room and had to go to another location. The inconvenience was irritating but the equipment got me here!

This location is not inviting. Its just a parking lot with a uhaul shack. Literally a shack. But it was clean.

Super efficient check-in, big parking lot, kind and engaging counter employee. No issues with truck. Return was even simpler than check-in. Met at the door in a specified return lane to confirm no issues and gas level. Receipt emailed and cost was less than estimate. Best u-haul experience ever.

When we got to the drop-off location. There was a note on the door saying to wait while the clerk unloaded a semi at the warehouse. We and another customer waited maybe 15 minutes to 20 minutes, for the clerk to show up. When she did show up she was very nice and efficient.

I can see there are a lot of logistics in the moving business. U haul has them down. The folks in Bozeman were very helpful. The delivery was smooth and professional. It’s nice to see things run smoothly this day and age

These guys were great! They helped find exactly the equipment we needed in order to haul a trailer when I was moving our son out of Bozeman. They also walked us through how to engage/dismantle the trailer properly. I was a bit scared about hauling the trailer but I very much appreciated the sweet and kind help from these guys. Thank you!

Sydney is wonderful to work with - when the truck scheduling group for one direction moving (not the local group)let me know that no truck was available in Bozeman even though I scheduled a month ahead they wanted me to pick it up in Ennis MT - I called Ennis and they had no truck available - which was distressing considering I was on a short timeline for moving away from Bozeman - Sidney was able to help me set up something for my move . Great service and help - Thanks Sidney!

Reid and crew were extremely accommodating as I presented an array of challenges for them. From problems with my personal vehicle’s wiring, then a delayed departure due to family scheduling, then a sudden breakdown of my personal towing vehicle which necessitated further delays, eventually switching to a one-way truck rental. Throughout the saga, they were incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful. Go UHaul!

I think that Uhaul in general should be better at providing what the customer requested, especially if the equipment was reserved weeks in advance. I wasn't able to pick up the truck and trailer at the more convenient location on Huffine so I had to go far out of my way to get it. Then the requested dollies were at the Huffine location. I was also given a 26' truck when I wanted a 20' truck.. Moving is hard and takes a lot of proper planning so when Uhaul decides to not do what they say they're going to do, it really throws things off.

Great experience - we even had a tire on the trailer blow out when we were in the middle of nowhere and U-Haul was quick to respond AND help get our tire changed in less than an hour. 10/10 experience!

My interstate move ended up being a wonderful experience, despite all the natural stresses that comes with it, Uhaul made it very convenient by offering a monthly storage for my needs. I was not quite ready for the space at the apartment complex, signing up for a storage unit online was super easy and hassle-free! Having kept my belongings at the Uhaul storage at Huffine location in Bozeman, MT made it very easy to access. The move out process was extremely easy and convincing too once the apartment complex approved for a garage unit. I would highly recommend this Uhaul location, staff are very polite, respectful, helpful, and efficient!

The pavement in front of our north facing unit is an icy lawsuit waiting to happen. There are no gutters above the unit which is at least one step that needs to be taken.

Super Great and convenient. Only problem was my husband was not sure which unit was ours for sure and had a couple lock keys from our trip and ended up being able to open someone elses unit. He immediately shut the door and found our unit but??? as far as security?

This is probably my fault for not checking in when I arrived, but I assumed that since I did the self check in process online that I could go straight to my unit and start moving in. However, I did not know that there was a key pad where I needed to enter my code to shut the alarm off. So I accidentally set the alarm off when I opened my unit. The employee was friendly and understanding and showed me how to disarm and rearm the alarm for next time though! My biggest complaint is the lack of gutters on the units. The snow on the roof was melting and dripping down the day I planned on moving in. Everything I moved in got wet, I got wet, the floor was wet and slippery. The water was even splashing off the ground and into the entrance of the unit. I laid down a tarp and towels to reduce the water in the unit and was drying off boxes and shelves as I went, but it became too much of a hassle so I called it quits shortly after starting. This meant I had to spend a second day moving into the unit instead of just the one. Gutters would have solved this problem and made my move in experience much better. Even though the units are raised a bit off the ground, I am now worried that melting snow and/or rain will leak under the door and into my unit, especially with the weather here in Montana. I hope this problem will be resolved and gutters will be installed. I didn't catch either of their names but both the man and woman that were working on my two move in days (March 21 and 22) were fantastic. Five stars for them!
