Not much! Signs were well marked and the return area was lit. Dropping the vehicle off after hours was very easy.

These guys saved the day for me—they stayed past their closing time to make sure I could drive to their spot. They checked me out quick and got the trailer hooked up ASAP. They were super cool about staying late, too. 10/10.

SUSAN EThe box truck I rented was difficult to drive and was unsafe. I couldn’t adjust the side mirrors so I could see the traffic around me. It was a dangerous situation! The truck was also old, this particular truck should be replaced.

VERNON EOnce again Uhaul is out here denying that my drivers licence is valid because of a moped endorsement that they dont understand. Ive been pulled over and given my licence to multiple officers who allow me to continue driving my car with my licence. Was refused access to my rental because the workers dont understand the law and corperate uhaul's verificafion system for licences is not in line with reality or the law itself. Going to find another moving company to work with for my next move because of the ignorance.

Stacy P | First ImpressionsI selected No about the equipment being maintained. The truck was clean and it operated as it should from a driving perspective. However, it was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY difficult to close the back of the truck. It was difficult pulling it shut, which then made it quite difficult to adhere the closing latch. It often took several people to try to get the latch to lock into the place correctly. I applied a little WD-40 to the latch area and that helped for one day, but it has to do with the stiffness and the difficulty of being able to pull the back gate down completely in one continuous movement.

DONALD HThe 5x8 enclosed ramp trailers are the way to go. The new ramp ones make life much easier. I might add some more d-rings just to make it easier to use ratchet straps. I frequent this location as I have been moving stuff between houses and storage and I have noticed in the last few months, service has improved a lot - faster service, less waiting, and they have always honored the online reservation.
KENNETH MGroy and Tiffany were outstanding. They were so helpful and efficient. I had a wonderful experience and appreciated how they treated everyone who came in (business was steady) with dignity and respect. I had to wait a bit and they were so courteous and considerate. Excellent team at this location.

LOUANNE SMoving is the worst no matter what the circumstances. Any extra problems are going to be magnified. The process was easy and the employees gave good recommendations so I knew what to do and what not to do. A good experience.
JARED BThe windshield wiper fluid was empty. With it being winter, I think that should be a regular check because of the salt. It made it very difficult to drive and I ended up having to go buy some to fill up the u haul.
TAYLOR MRude worker sprayed some type of chemical in me an my wife's face an he didn't apologize for doing it. A coworker had to tell him what just did was wrong.

JEFFREY LI chose this location as my return destination because they are nearby. However, my experience at this location was bad. When I arrived on Jan 15, I needed the staff to take off my autopilot (not unload my car on it) so that I can take the truck alone to unload my stuff. The staff didn't listen to my request and didn't not went out to see the situation as I advised them to. They immediately told me they need to charge me $25 each time they touch anything with the autopilot. I had to repeat 4 or 5 times that I will drive my car down myself, I only need them to unattached the autopilot, so then they agreed and not to do a charge on it. Then, you know what happen next that I had to pull out the ramps, take off the tire traps myself. They literally gave no effort to help while other Uhaul locations usually go above and beyond. When I came back after unloading my truck, I returned the key to the office, asked them to check the truck, gas meters etc, they refused to go out and said I was all set. I took a picture of gas level before I left. And as I guessed, not too long after I left, just about 20 minutes I received an email bill for additional charge on gas. It was given to me with a quarter left and I returned the same but they placed in the bill with only 1/8 left and charged me $66. The guy that night even charged me the bill using other staff name who did not work in that location at the time I returned the truck. If you are not handy or looking for help with the truck or towing, I would not recommend you to come to this location and make sure you get evidences so that you wont be charged extra fees

BRENT AOnline my total was $29 when i went in to the store my total was $59.00 I also refueled the truck and took pictures of the duel meter yet i was still hit with a fuel charge. Staff was nice though
RALPH KGreat, except 1) I did notice that one of the tail running lamps were out and 2) I wasn't advised on the drop off location and after hours drop off information for which I was charged and 3) I was not advised of the benefit of having the app to support the drop off experience that may have averted an additional charge.
ANDREW CI didn't have any issues with my rental, however I'd like to let you know of some things that annoyed me and make me consider moving to Penske. First I cannot stand the whole " We need to take a picture of you and your ID" thing. It feels invasive, and insecure regarding privacy. I hate having the U-Haul employee hold the phone all in my face. It is under claims it is to prevent theft or something but I think it is ridiculous and it makes me uncomfortable. I think the extra fees U-Haul imposes are quite annoying as well. I like the mobile pickup and drop-off options, I like the Appliance dolly accessibility, I can appreciate that I could rent the Truck New Years eve as my lease was ending.

PAULEAN CThe lady at desk was very rude and unprofessional. I was not familiar with area and missed the exit. The GPS rerouted me and I entered the parking lot from a side entrance not knowing there is a return entrance from the main road and I parked in an empty areas next to parked trucks . I went inside to hand the key and the lady scolded me multiple time and told me “not to do that again” Like if I was renting trucks on a regular basis. I am 64 years old and I have rented a truck twice in my lifetime. Even when I explained to her what happened with GPS she stated “ It doesn’t matter “ and therefore I kept silent and took my receipt and left.
