JOSEPH PI dropped the truck off. Everything was fine. An hour and a half later. I was charged a $150 cleaning fee. Made up excuse as to why. Employee was extremely rude. And now I’m fighting to get my $150 back over a bogus BS lie. Will never use U-Haul

Douglas CPick up truck was clean and much nicer than I expected. Not your old U-Haul vehicle with crank windows and no-frills. Staff was efficient at start and finish. I knew the guy who I returned the vehicle to so this location gained additional credibility when I saw he was working there.

PATRICK RRented a truck twice within the past week. The entire process was very smooth. Picking up the truck and dropping off was easy and staff were very friendly.
Hector MPlace was closed when I dropped off the truck. Your question doesn’t have a N/A choice. I had to falsely answer a question as yes because the place was closed.
John MThe service was great. The young guy that helped me was nice and helpful. I didn't know I was to upload my license and he said "no problem I can do it for you". There was another customer waiting behind me and the worker acknowledged him and took some info from him while my license and stuff was processing. I got the same guy when i came back, still just as pleasant as when i picked up the truck. The whole thing was a great experience!

JAMES YBelieve the crew of this location cares for their customers, I appreciated how they assisted my needs to complete my task. Only thing I would add was to recieve any form of discount due to weather, which led having to extend a day due to delays from weather. Was stuck on a hill for half hour to 45mins.
