The service was great. The young guy that helped me was nice and helpful. I didn't know I was to upload my license and he said "no problem I can do it for you". There was another customer waiting behind me and the worker acknowledged him and took some info from him while my license and stuff was processing. I got the same guy when i came back, still just as pleasant as when i picked up the truck. The whole thing was a great experience!

JAMES YBelieve the crew of this location cares for their customers, I appreciated how they assisted my needs to complete my task. Only thing I would add was to recieve any form of discount due to weather, which led having to extend a day due to delays from weather. Was stuck on a hill for half hour to 45mins. Ron SI had reserved the day before but when I went into the store I waited in line for almost a full hour with just a few customers infront of me. I wanted to extend my return time but had to rush back because they had mentioned they needed it asap, when I returned I was told that the other reservation was set 30 minutes before my return time.

BRUCE NI reserved a truck in Huntingdon, but one day before I needed the truck uhaul told me that I needed to drive an hour to Altoona to get the truck. I then had to drive an hour back home where I loaded the truck. Rather than giving me a discount for this extra time and driving, uhaul made me pay extra for the added mileage. I give the uhaul employees in Altoona a good rating, but I give uhaul a bad rating.
