I really liked how all employees in the front were nice and friendly to everyone that they helped they also seemed happy to be there. Clara helped me and she made my experience great, my first time doing this myself and she really helped me with everything and it went smoothly. Sorry but I have to mention it the men outside asking if you needed help with your move actually went all the way inside the parking lot and it felt weird and nervous. They should stay outside on the sidewalk outside the parking lot.

SHIRLEY CHad a very weird experience here..Clara started off nice when i initially came to pick up a 15' uhaul truck. No problems here, the problems began when i came back to pick up an auto trailer, i spent 1 and a half hours waiting to get out of here. I was given someone elses reciept which confused the crew and backed them up. I came in to ask Clara what the ETA was to get someone to help with the trailer, she then responded defensively and yelling that she is backed up and can not get to me yet, and went into a ramble about how she already told me to wait outside. I had been waiting a while which made me wonder if i had been forgotten. I didnt ask rudely, i politely asked if i could get an ETA please. I responded that it was only a question and nothing to do with me rushing her. She responded in a hostile manner and stormed to her desk to help others. So she finally gets to me and this is where she began yelling even more at me.. she spoke to quickly for me to understand exactly what she meant but i got the idea she was calling me dumb.. im an aircraft mechanic and i deal with heavy equipment on a daily and her communication is not remotely close to standard.. I asked for clear instructions on where she wanted me to stage my car and trailer. She didnt make any eye contact and gave very vague instructions by just standing in the middle of the road facing off into the horizon, not gesturing anything sensible and flailing her arms in frustration when i didnt correctly guess the instructions she wanted me to follow.. I said i dont like her attitude and how im being responded to, she replies im getting you in and out of here. She threatened to refund my u haul because of me asking to be treated better. Im a disabled veteran and i expect atleast the mutual respect i provided back to her. Weird how she was polite then got so easily irritable, even talking rudely to her workers. I honestly dont know how she is a manager..

MARSHALL EGuy I returned my truck to had waited until I parked in a return lane to then tell me to move it to another one that was very obviously blocked by a car on a trailer. He kept telling me to come forward as I’m about to hit the car. So I just got out and told him to move it if he wants to cause the accident so bad. Then he proceeds to misread the gauge on the fuel resulting in a charge on my card. I now have to file a dispute for this incompetence.

Gloria VI put the same amount of gas to match gauge status in the vehicle prior to returning. Still charged me $30 for fuel service. I travelled within a 3 mile radius all in the 89102 area. I have photos of before and after vehicle use so this uhaul office just ripped me off.

anosnold pVery sweet and extremely competent employees. The trucks are older but that's not a huge issue. The odometer is concerning because the measurements, it seemed to track on miles quicker than what the actual miles are. But other than that it was not a bad experience.
Mary MGive clearer directions as to where your assigned truck is located, especially if your customer is an elderly woman using a cane. Possibly call someone to the desk to help?
