My order was changed to this location and whoever did it didn't let me know. They also didn't complete the reservation when they made the change because the app kept sending me back and forth between locations and then wouldn't let me do the pick up from my phone so I had to call in and get it figured out. The lockbox was hard to get open and the lock on the back of the truck was jammed.

Erika TOur reservation time was 11:00 AM, we arrived a bit early, 10:45 AM, in case it was busy or there was paperwork to fill out. We were not helped until 11:20 and I did not receive the text to upload pictures of the vehicle until 11:30 AM. The website did not work and I could not submit any pictures of the vehicle. All-in-All, we'll be going with a different company next time.

Riu BI did NOT rent this Uhaul. Someone else did and use my personal information fraudulently. I called the store direct and talk to Jay. He said he would talk to his Manager and call me back. I have not received any call from the Store Manage or a UHaul Representative. I want my personal information and account deleted from the UHaul.. ASAP

ALEX GI believe Miguel was the mans name that opened on Wednesday our pick up day. He was not helpful at all. Customer service was terrible. I had to count out my own boxes and carry them out to my car. We could not find our rental truck so we walked back in to ask where to find it all he said was it’s out there in the right. He should have walked us out. I had to come back in to ask if our rented dolly was inside the truck. He pointed to the corner and said that’s yours over there. Bad taste in our mouth about this guy

Vasilios LI've been to many U-Haul locations, and this one by far is the best. The manager is probably one of the hardest working females I have ever seen and any location!!! All of the employees I experienced during this visit were friendly and professional. The store was clean and organized as well. Thank you and keep up the good work !!!!
james rYou can find a U-Haul anywhere, but you can’t find staff as great as the staff at this location. Michaela is knowledgeable about the equipment and she’s quite the comedian… all around great experience.

JIMMY LWhen I reserved the van, I was prompted to add dollies and furniture pads to my rental. I added a utility dolly and a half dozen furniture pads. However, when I arrived, I was told that none were available. The associate I picked up the vehicle from recommended that I rent a dolly at Home Depot. Renting a dolly at Home Depot cost over three times as much. This was a highly frustrating experience that significantly impacted the price of my move. If the website is able to prevent me from renting a vehicle that is not available at a particular location, it should be able to prevent me from renting tools that are not available. The associate that I returned the vehicle to was helpful and polite.

Michael FThe fuel level was well below what was printed on the receipt. I informed and showed an employee who inspected the the level himself and agreed the level was almost empty. I was on a timeline and had to leave the employee said he would let the mgr know. He informed me to take a photo of the fuel guage. Which I did.
Jose AYou could have representatives who are a little more attentive and focused on the services they are supposed to be providing to customers. The associate that was present when I picked up the Uhaul was very unpleasant she was acting like i walked into her home uninvited and was disturbing her or something. Sorry you’re at work and have a job to do !

MARK RThe van worked great. My only issue is the app is not always cooperative. Using the app to complete the check in on the app offered challenges and upon returning the van the app seemed to have forgotten who I was. The app used to be much better, so returning to your older standards might be an improvement. The people on site did a great job!
John G2nd time and 2nd location I needed to rent a U-Haul truck. Each time I needed an appliance dolly. Was never told in advance that they did not have a dolly…both times!!. Very very poor lack of communication. So I had to go buy!!…a dolly. A waist of my money when I just wanted to rent one with the truck. But yet, both times U-Haul has done nothing and their people / representatives do nothing and don’t care. Not coming back and I will be letting people know.

john cHad a lot of issues with scheduling the delivery of the UBox. Not able to schedule in time due to delivery truck issues, and also was delivered outside of the timeframe - had to take off work all day.
