Super easy rental. Location is a bit tight to return but otherwise excellent. Staff is really great. Nice and helpful. Zero issues. I will use this facility for my next rental for sure. In about 6 weeks!

JOHN TMy rental experience was entirely painless, made the reservation online, walked in at the selected time, filled out the required paperwork, got the trailer hooked up and I was off. Returned the trailer a few hours later, got my receipt via email, the staff guy unhooked the trailer and that was it; just a really satisfying experience.

LISETTE AI just thought that it was way too expensive for what I used it for. I paid $160 for not even 6 hours of usage and 70 miles… To me, it is just not worth it. It’s too expensive and I was also mis led by a u-haul customer service representative that told me it would be cheaper to return the U-haul to the same location. I ended up switching up my drop off location and had to pay an additional $20! The part where it says “$20” per day is misleading and it is just not worth it.

ERIC HAll the crew here is amazing. I use U-Haul trailers at least a few times per year, this is one of the very best branches I have worked with.
JOHN AI walked in and the manager behind the counter was very polite. He acknowledged me. He was with another customer. He addressed the customer by first name, very professional, yet relaxed environment a pleasure to work with and would recommend returning and have used that U-Haul many times I have called there to reserve something it was unavailable. He asked me to hold on for a moment and found one at the nearest availability and asked me if if it would be OK to reserve it at that place.

BRADLEY DExtremely inconvenient and did not explain in town rental and location and how vehicle had to be dropped off at the same location it was picked up from. After dropping off the van, i received a call in the morning that I would be charged “hundreds” of dollars if I didn’t show up that morning, pick up the vehicle and drop it off at the proper location as I was on my way to work. I had to take an uber to work and have my partner pick me up on my lunch and transport me between clients and then take me back to my car after work. Also, for uhaul being $20 and affordable, i was charged nearly $90 for 20 miles of usage.
HANNAH ALove the app and how easy it was to schedule a truck and needed supplies, plus helpers! Even had to shift the time a bit and that was easy too. Staff were kind, attentive and made me feel welcome. Even said I could use the truck until 7 PM when they close if I need to. Would definitely recommend U-Haul to friends and family and will use again!

MICHAEL MEven though the 26’ truck appeared clean and well maintained, somehow the fuel had been “contaminated with a non-combustible “ according to roadside assistance. This resulted in the loaded rental truck stalling in traffic and hours of delay to my moving schedule . I don’t know what UHaul can do to avoid renting out a truck with this issue in future, but it was a terrible experience for me. I am grateful that everyone at UHaul and roadside assistance were helpful and polite and I will continue to be an occasional customer.

The process took longer than it should have given I already reserved it online. The second time I came to access the storage unit the whole building smelled like cat urine. I was concerned there may be residual smell within my unit and on my belongings. Then told something completely different then my reservation and confirmation. Not to mention you’re charging me for something completely out of my control, against everything I did and was expecting from this “streamlined”‘process, that I was assured should be smooth and to follow the entry instructions. I am huge on customer service and tonight is the worst experience I’ve had, with any give. Company. We shall see how my luck goes tomorrow.

I have made several attempts to contact the location to no avail. I also called customer service which went no where. All I would like is to be given new boxes since I've had to replace all of mine. I'm not expecting the boxes not sure you should ever expect me to be a customer again.

The staff have to really hustle, dealing with lines of customers, issues with moving trucks/vans, stressed-out customers. As an educator, I view this as a difficult work environment for staff. Part of what they do is educate the public on the trucks, storage, policies, etc., as well as solve problems. They do the best they can, but you need to staff the office with more people during peak times.I’ve found them to be extremely helpful and kind, but the stress they work under is obvious to any customer walking in the door. That does not reflect on them, it reflects on management. I hope these observations are helpful.
