Everything was fine, including the management, until the day we went to retrieve the last of our things from the storage unit. There was a lone puddle on the floor outside our unit, and not any other nearby. That was connected to a massive water leak on the floor in our unit, damaging a $500 rare Indian instrument, a double sleeping bag pack, some clothing, and around 100 or so priceless polaroid pictures dating back to childhood. Ron the GM said he'd take a look at the roof later, took notes that he saw the damages, and told me to report it to my housing insurance - who denied the claim because they have no input from U-Haul. It's unfathomable that U-Haul would deny covering this since it's something that seems to have started outside the unit, or at least leaked into it from the outside.

Once I could connect to actual humans, U-Haul was fine, but the app is trash, the local # forwards to national, but that was not helpful. Super stressful experience, spent way more in gas and extending rental than would have been the case if there were more humans and less phone trees.

When someone smashed my door the promptly fixed it. Everyone there if very helpful and pleasant. Plenty of storages around me but this one is the most well lit, easy access and very clean. 5 years and no spiderwebs. This is a great place to drop off your truck and store your stuff. Very happy knowing my items are well taken care of.

The process took longer than it should have given I already reserved it online. The second time I came to access the storage unit the whole building smelled like cat urine. I was concerned there may be residual smell within my unit and on my belongings. When I came to remove all of my belongings at the beginning of the month in September everything was in order and nothing smelled of cat urine. This was a blessing. Thanks
