Super friendly, very helpful. Workers displayed a great attitude, throughout the entire rental process. I rented open trailers on different days, twice during the same week & they were excellent in service. Both in hooking up & unhooking the trailer.

For the next customer, U-Haul can revise the criteria regarding a 1 day, 1 way rental. We needed a trailer for a night car breakdown and wanted to return it the following morning. It was instead our trailer for nearly 3 days. We did not need it and had nowhere to store it so we returned it. Another customer could have literally rented it the moment I drove away even though I technically had it for 2 more days. That’s double dipping, totally. criminal. It should be pro rated, instead it is taking complete advantage of people. Shame on you U-Haul. You’re a big name.

We had a recent snow storm & had to get our unit cleaned out before the next month was due. The people at this location made sure we got our truck rental & that the storage area was plowed so we could access it. One woman in particular made sure to clear the truck off of snow & even warmed it up for us. Plus, she made sure to move unused rental trucks to make it easier to access our storage unit. Great people!

I rented a 6x12 trailer it ended up having the retreaded tire fall apart while I was using it after waiting hour plus to hear back from roadside assistance I had to call repeatedly talking to five different people including the supervisor we came to the conclusion since it was going to take so long for them to take care of this problem that I could just leave the trailer where I was at and it would be picked up I have now received a bill for that which my credit card has already denied because it was a fraudulent sorry I did not approve this and I was directed by your employee to leave the trailer where it was at I need to be contacted as soon as possible to find out why this is happening and I would like so why the tech was given my credit card number

Please get the streetlight fixed! It was difficult to find the driveway in the dark. You need to get some lights more in the parking lot like I said it's very difficult to find the driveway in the dark.

I was overcharged 72.50 for fuel. We had out the fuel back to the original amount in the tank. One young girl checked the truck back in and when I disputed the charge another woman went out and checked. She agreed that the fuel was right. The total amount was instantly taken out but I have to wait for the 72.50 to be returned in 3 to 5 business days. This seems unfair. Maybe a little more training on reading a gas gauge would be beneficial.

Very good place and people. My storage was a bit leaky though. I did mention that to them and they said they put that in their notes and to let them know as soon as possible if there was any damages. So far I have found none but a couple wet plastic totes, which doesn't hurt anything.

Staff members and representatives have all been very helpful and understanding of had a lot of tragedy this trip and they were all very helpful and respectful along the whole way God bless each and every single one of you lost three of our fur babies along the trip and three days after arriving we lost my brother who come with us we had a suffering trip and U-Haul was there the whole way car broke down along the way and had to go back and get a trailer and tow it which took a tremendous amount of time and long mile to go back 200 miles for a trailer to drive 200 MI back the other direction to get the car and tow it in in U-Haul stuck by our side

Our unit was smaller than we expected and we could not fit all our belongings in it. VALERIE was a savior and fixed the situation but the disconnect between corporate and location is less than helpful. The old truck bodies are poor condition and out of date. They are rusty and dirty and while we are there I'll use them because I'm stuck but we won't be back

The price for the storage unit is too high. Also, storage units should be used as a short term solution. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to store belongings in a storage unit.

Crystal is a great manager and her staff is fantastic. Due to health reasons I had to move my items to a closer location to my home. I had my storage with U-Haul for more than 2 years and was and I am sure always will be treated with the utmost respect on every visit to either pay my rental units or to rent a truck. I did notice that my unit had a leak over the mother inlaw area when I vacated my unit and I am sure it was taken care of quickly. Thank you Crystal and staff for your help and respect on my visits to your U-Haul location.

Staff were mostly untrained and unfriendly. I waited 20 minutes wanting to buy a sofa cover. Was told by a young lady employee that she had to watch her coworkers hook up a trailer. She also did not know how to do a move out. Told me I would need to wait for another employee to come in and do it. When the other employees came in, she did not bother to watch the move out process.

The local office, site and all staff are amazing. Ty is awesome! Calling in is a hassle navigating through the automated phone system to get through to the local office is near impossible but staff more than makes up for it in person

The storage unit I rented was just an old box from a truck which was parked behind 2 concrete barriers. This made it inconvenient to pull a truck/trailer up to the unit and impossible unload/load straight into the unit/truck. Also, whoever came up with the bright idea of having a store lock in addition to the renter's secure discus lock, let me wring your neck. How is it that I can't access MY unit that I am renting outside of business hours? I have to go into the store to have an employee unlock my unit for me? Good business practice, uhaul. Great. Make it more inconvenient. Make them combo locks that the old man will never remember the code. I will never rent from this storage facility again and neither will my family or friends. I won't b*** and complain without providing some ways to improve. The staff were courteous and helpful. But the practice and policies from uhaul corporate that hinder your good people have to change. Don't put a double lock on the unit and get your people some real dang facilities.
