I reserved my trailer 3 months in advance. 2 days before my pick up time the regional office called me and said it wouldn't be ready until 1:30. That was 3 hours later than my reserved time. It worked out ok for me to pick it up later, but as it turned out they had plenty of trailers available all day long! It was a little frustrating that the regional office complicated my day for no reason!

While waiting to drop the trailer off the attendant just walked away from me and I had to go over to the office. The same attendant helped me and we had to walk back to drop trailer. I told them about the tires they said I didn't put enough air in them. The max listed pressure on the tire was 50psi, I was told they should be at 60psi. I explained one had lost some air during the trip and there was no note made of it.

The person working at the desk told me to "just hit 'no' when it asks if you want to donate'." Without thinking, I hit 'no' before realizing it would be beneficial to the environment. It's my fault for obeying so quickly, but I would have liked to donate.

I do not think this was at the fault of the person who helped me at the Klamath Falls location. I chose the drop off location but I recieved text with a different drop off location. It was frustrating because I had a short window to drop the truck off to make it to another appointment and I was late.

They have to few people working, the wait times to get equipment is way to long. My wife and I waited 45 minutes in line to rent a trailer. The staff is very friendly and was very apologetic for the long wait. The equipment was good, we rented a trailer. This is the second or third time we have been to this location and every time it is the same, way to long a wait.

The truck had not been cleaned it had chips on the floor spilled sticky soda and reeked of cigarette smoke!! This was our third experience with this U-Haul location each worst than the previous. The manager Amy couldn't care less she speaks to you as if your in the wrong then has her employees finish your rental while she goes and sits in her car to smoke and "get away from this". My rental was severely overpriced at $250 for a $19 a day truck. We will NEVER use U-Haul AGAIN!! I should have been given a refund, but again Amy couldn't care less about customer service.
