april l. | Overall ExperienceCrystal is a great manager and her staff is fantastic. Due to health reasons I had to move my items to a closer location to my home. I had my storage with U-Haul for more than 2 years and was and I am sure always will be treated with the utmost respect on every visit to either pay my rental units or to rent a truck. I did notice that my unit had a leak over the mother inlaw area when I vacated my unit and I am sure it was taken care of quickly. Thank you Crystal and staff for your help and respect on my visits to your U-Haul location.

Was told by a young lady employee that she had to watch her coworkers hook up a trailer. She also did not know how to do a move out. Told me I would need to wait for another employee to come in and do it. When the other employees came in, she did not bother to watch the move out process.
