I received a code for a gate that doesn't exist. I thought my belongings would be more secure. There's no fence at all. The strap to pull the door down was mostly gone. I visited the office and they tied a piece of rope to the handle. The unit wasn't swept out from the previous tenant. There is an alarm that goes off whenever I open my unit. What's that supposed to do? The whole experience seems almost comical. I'm keeping the space because I'm desperate for space right now and I've already paid for it. I've upped my insurance on it out of distrust. I definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

Grady P | Overall ExperienceThe whole sign up process and check was time consuming. The unit was misrepresented as exterior on the phone for sign up. I was told i could drive up to the door of my unit. When I did online check it it said interior unit. This was not what i intended to rent so I called the customer service number and they verified that it was not able to drive up to my unit door. So i requested to cancel and request a refund. This also was a time consuming process. After talking with the site unit staff I was told that the above info was incorrect. You lost me as a customer due to giving me the run-around. I don’t appreciate wasting my time and still have to start over with the whole process with a different storage unit that hopefully has their act together.
Yolonda M | Overall ExperienceThe people are nice enough but over the course of the last 2 months I got, and I’m not exaggerating at all, FIVE different nails in my tires from the facility. They don't ever sweep or use a leaf blower to clear their lot and in the storage area there is basically an infinite amount of screws and broken glass everywhere. I shouldn’t have to ask for a clean and safe facility.

The people at this location made sure we got our truck rental & that the storage area was plowed so we could access it. One woman in particular made sure to clear the truck off of snow & even warmed it up for us. Plus, she made sure to move unused rental trucks to make it easier to access our storage unit. Great people!

I did mention that to them and they said they put that in their notes and to let them know as soon as possible if there was any damages. So far I have found none but a couple wet plastic totes, which doesn't hurt anything.

Donnie M | First ImpressionsStaff members and representatives have all been very helpful and understanding of had a lot of tragedy this trip and they were all very helpful and respectful along the whole way God bless each and every single one of you lost three of our fur babies along the trip and three days after arriving we lost my brother who come with us we had a suffering trip and U-Haul was there the whole way car broke down along the way and had to go back and get a trailer and tow it which took a tremendous amount of time and long mile to go back 200 miles for a trailer to drive 200 MI back the other direction to get the car and tow it in in U-Haul stuck by our side
