1. Guaranteed arrival at destination date changed several times. We picked shipping dates based on “guaranteed “ arrival date. This date manically moved from April 8 to April 16 without any prior warning or communication. 2. Delivery date at destination and box return pickup were preset and locked in by some “Scheduling God” that offered no variation from THEIR schedule. Its take my dates or hit the road. Do not use this system if you don’t have flexibility in Guaranteed delivery date and box delivery and pickup at your destination. 3. The location that set up the box delivery to the location of origin and shipment was great.
