Walked in and asked for a truck that was available online. They said it wasn’t available. Then made me take 10 minutes to reserve it on my phone before. It’s not available in person but is available through phone? Very strange system.

J TArrived to drop off my rental where it was clearly marked to return all rentals. There were workers outside looking busy but no one came up to me and at least let me know what I needed to do or that I would be attended to after they were done with whatever they were doing. So I went inside and there was a line of folks trying to rent a Uhaul, finally the young lady at the counter asked me if I was returning, I said yes. She told me there was someone outside that could help me. There was a young man with headphones in his ears that looked bothered when I asked if he could help me. His attitude changed when I asked him if I was bothering him? I backed up the trailer where he told me to back it up to and checked me in. I'm just wondering why he didn't do all that when I arrived? He should have at least communicated with me what was expected. Employees need to understand what customer service is!!!!

david bOrganization of staff to help customers was terrible. In both check-in and drop off. For a Saturday, in May there should have been more than 2 people working.
Justin PVery long wait times. Lady in front of us was arguing prices with the poor people behind the desk and it took 2 of them to keep her from losing her sanity. Very weird situation, like she wanted the equipment for free or something. This caused us to stand there for nearly half hour waiting to rent our moving trailer. Once it was our turn, our process was quick and the person helping us was fantastic.

NEALE PVery bad experience with staff and truck . I took the car for rental and it was having many issues like giving so much wobbling,fuel leak and front door not fitting correctly and they didn’t inform earlier on this And once I returned the truck staff was completely unresponsive and not giving any discounts Very very bad experience

Johnny OIt rained and truck leaked all our stuff got wet. While at location to pick up rental only had two slow workers. I asked for free upgrade but was given a bunch of excuses why I couldn't get one then was told my card would have to be charged twice. Very disappointed I should of used Budget instead. I'm still waiting for my deposit refund and feel I should be compensated for the leak in truck damaging and making move harder on us.
RONDA KYour team is in need of a customer service course. Ride dry unwelcoming attitudes. Also said gas had said amount and it was less than so we took a pic. We were also informed that truck was pulled upfront nope and we were at this truck and no one said hey it’s over there. You guys are already hard to get to then to experience these poor miserable souls bad I’m not being ugly but I don’t think they like their jobs. This is coming from an operations managers standpoint. I would not hire not a one of the staff at this location.
Christipher AThe tech that hooked up the car hauler didn't cross the emergency cables under the hitch. For clarification, steel cables covered in plastic are used on this particular trailer instead of chains. When I asked why, he said they don't do that anymore. Never heard of this, so I crossed the cables. Then I get an email for safety procedures for the rental and it shows to cross the cables. When returning the car hauler the next day, I metioned it to another tech that was checking me in, and he said the same thing. I'll still use the haulers and will continue to cross the safety cables/chains as you should.

Jose MThe door stuck once lifted at the hinge. It required a flathead screwdriver to release it. I was unable to figure out how to unstick it. It required my brother to figure it out and his strength to sleaze it. This was very unsettling, as we had just loaded the trailer.
Sonia CThis is a solid location. I've used others that are unstaffed and the equipment is poorly maintained, it is a mud-pit, pads left in the rain, etc. It was nice to have humans present who know what they are doing and are professional and courteous. So for me to rent here is a bit further and a few extra dollars due to mileage, but this is now my "go to" facility. What I would like is that my history with U-Haul had some merit and continuity. All the jumping through hoops with a selfy, etc. is cumbersome and slow. If I'm at a staffed location, why can't the staff gun my license and see that it is me and that I've been a past excellent customer and get me out of there in 2 minutes. Take a lesson from Hertz and Avis on that kind of system. I'm a platinum level business traveler so I've seen systems from all sorts of car companies and those two stand out. Followed by National. U-Haul's system is stone-age by comparison. All of this is NOT a reflection on the location but the corporate system provided. And yes, the app is still a bit flaky. Worked OK this time but having used it multiple times, it still can be laggy and "hang". But restarting worked OK. Wherein the past, had to go through the call center H*LL to get to a human to authorize when the app just plain crashed.
BRADLEY HNow that I have unpacked along with the notifications from Ring doorbell about this issue. I am missing Ring doorbell camera (2) I am missing over 6 pairs of brand-new Jordan shoes. I am missing a television. The ONLY ONE THAT WAS NOT PACKED IN THE BACK. I have the emails from uhaul about the unit being unlocked twice. And we went to lock it. At the time I did not check, because I did not think THEIF would be an issue and now it has become an issue. I am missing items equaling over $600!!!!!
Tametra TThey try to make more money off of you, make sure to take photos of mileage before and after because they will say you didn’t have enough gas when you really did. I literally put gas right before I turned the truck back in. Horrible service any way to make a buck

Priscilla CMelissa was very accommodating. We be came frustrated when a mobile only location could not guarantee a dolly before charging. We cancelled and came to this location where Melissa provided us an appliance dolly instead of the standard small dolly for our troubles. Thank you, Melissa!
