The 2 workers, 1 male & 1 female, younger, 20ish, could not care less about their jobs…they weren’t terrible they just moved like sloths, didn’t seem to ‘care’ at all about the pretty simple thing I was there to do, rent a U-Haul truck… The app would not load, at all for me, and they both had no interest in recommending anything, any fix, any solution, any workaround to the app not loading for me…after about 8 minutes of sitting there trying to get the app to work, I asked one of them what should I do if I return the truck after hours & I can’t use the app to return the truck…seems to me they should’ve done or offered something, anything at all, but they were both sitting in front of me on their phones the entire 8 minutes… You gotta do what you gotta do & if you need a moving truck I’ll get a moving truck but I might not be using U-Haul again & I for sure will not be going back to that location…

MAC MFire the lady that is working there, skinny and tattooed . She completely made me not feel welcome and made me feel like a bad person for renting out the trailer another day . She charged me for an extra day and did not let me take the trailer for the amount I was charged for . I brought the trailer 2 hours late and got charged for another day and I was refused service to take the trailer for the time I paid for .
JOHN JTruck broke down 20 minutes after we reserved it. Needed to transfer materials and uber home. We were told this truck was just in the shop and had recent issues. The shop staff was very kind and helpful.

Ahmed TThis was one of the best experiences I have ever had renting a U-Haul. I hate that I can't make this location my permanent go-to spot for rentals! I rented it to help with my sister's move who lives on that side of town. Michelle was friendly, patient, and very helpful. She even helped me to snap the required photos and double-checked the truck to make sure it was clean inside. My only regret is that I didn't get the name of the young lady who checked me in when I returned the truck. She was also extremely nice and helpful! Thank you for the great service!

Joey PId like a refund. The doors didn't close completely. The drivers side window was off track and fell out the door. I had to catch it and keep it from breaking. Truck wouldn't stop beeping even after the doors are closed. Gas cap is broken was impossible to open to fill the truck up with gas. When dropping off the truck my car was parked in the front of the uhaul store. When I returned my car was baracaded in, due to the drop off spots being filled. Please contact me 602-430-9900
