They make you wait you have to download the app even if you don’t want to then you have to wait to see if they approve you. Then when I went to go return the vehicle there was a fly inside the back I got charged extra because there was a bug there

Poor: not informing the reservation customer to fill out online paperwork via app while on the uhaul premises. Horrible internet! Caused a 36min delayed to get my keys via app but in person at the store. Not letting me know I needed to download an app in the first place not thinking I'd need sit since I made the reservation via website! Please get better web support!!!!

gerardo gI made a reservation 2 days prior. I requested a specific location to pick up the truck and they made the reservation for the wrong location. Second, I called back and made another reservation at a closer store. When I arrived they told me they did not have the truck in that store. They sent me to another store 6 miles away. Third, Once I picked up the truck and I drove off, I stopped at a gas station to get water, when I was about to leave, the truck would not start. It turns out they gave me the wrong key. They had to drive to my location with the correct key. In one day Uhaul made atleast three mistakes. They wasted 3 hours of my time.

When she gave me keys , she was laughing , because the truck had just 1/8 of gasoline and she told me been sarcastic ( when you return it , make sure don’t put extra gas) !! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Arturo STruck was fine to use for the short time that I needed it; however the driver side visor is broken which kept falling making it sometimes to drive. Also the engine light came on and I was worried that I would get stranded.

Luis MOverall, it was a good service. The process of renting from the app was a great feature to have, it gets the job done quicker. Maybe having a program that earns points for being a frequent customer could be beneficial. But over all was great. Keep up the good job!

Arnold SWorker Lakieta was very rude and unprofessional since my sister and I arrived. It almost seemed like we were bugging her by asking questions. 2 customers left because she was rude to them. She seemed very unhappy working and likely hates her job with that attitude. I will never return here again, I prefer to drive far to get myself U-Haul service if she will be attending there. This was Uhaul in Atlantic and Elizabeth. To be honest I was scared asking her questions, I felt like she was going to punch me if I asked the wrong question. Last time I felt like that was when I was a child, she is inhumane. She needs out of there.

URIEL CFrom the start, I had a bad experience because the representative that assisted wasn’t friendly in showing in how to use U-Haul apps. The process to get a truck rental took long to complete. It felt like it took an hour with so many steps. Lastly, when I returned the truck, explained to the guy who received truck that I put in more gas and to please provide a discount but refused. I won’t come to this U-Haul place anymore.
GEORGETREJO GThe uhaul had no ac. Can feel the heat fro. The engine in ur face. Ac did not work at all nor did the radio. Went to pick it up the truck was a dirty didnt mind. But when I returned it they wanted to charge me. I had to let them know when I first picked up. The lady who checked it out to me. She had to clean the front real quick with fabulouso. And. Wipe down in the driver side and shot gun thr was gloves and trash in it. But wanted to charge me for the back but the back was dirty as well no one cleaned it. The lady I got the truck from was nice. They lady that checked in to was rude. And wanted to jus charge me and didnt believe me till she called the girl who helped me. Smh

Milton CContacted me three different times to change my reservation location, time, and truck. Did not offer any reasonable solutions like a discount for the inconvenience of it all. My reservation included two furniture dolly’s and upon arrival to pick up, I was informed that they only had one available for me. The entirety of the reservation was completely unreasonable and ridiculous.
