At first I was set up with the infinity inn location and then learned at time of pick up that they need to transfer me to a further location because the one I set up the day prior does not have a drop box so I ended up paying more than I wanted for this service the app kept messing up so I couldn’t submit the photos of the gas levels were less than what was shown on the screen at pick up I have photos I took outside of app showing I was clearly in the lot still before taking off and another thing the one I was provided had no lock so my belongings were not secured in truck over night until storage facility opened the next morning I always recommended U-Haul to those around me but if this is how service is going to be now then I’ll go elsewhere next time and I use you guys every year it’s a shame this was my experience this time around!

FAST SERVICE GREAT PRICE NO HASSELS
james mI don't need to rent from your company often, but if & when I do I can count on you to be there. Your trucks are always clean & ready to use. Now the process to rent a truck is so much easier than ever. I didn't get his name, but I was greeted with a big smile & I was in & out & on my way in about 10 mins. Wow that's a record.

BRUCE AGreat service at this location to drop off the automobile transport trailer which we used to transport our truck 1500 miles from St Louis to Phoenix. Drop off location is super convenient and was only 2 miles from home. This is a large facility which has just about any size or type of UHaul you would want.

I was supposed to pick up at didn’t have it ready for me at 6 am so I had to change the location and was told that it would be ready for 6:30 and it wasn’t the support person was wrong they didn’t even open till 7, and then I was sent a text with the wrong address to pickup the trailer for you guys, and the trailer was actually net set up properly and was missing a peg which made me late to arriving due to the ramp popping out of place because it was missing a peg. My new apartment office was closed because my day had gotten so messed up from U-Haul that I didn’t have anywhere to stay because of all of the trouble I had.

Robert TThe online check in / early pick up was completely non functional. No customer support with call in numbers or live chat or call back. All of it was non-functional. Had to wait an hour for the store to open to get my rental. Missed the furniture blankets I had ordered as well.
MICHAEL BNo one there, poor signage. No Personnel as it was before business hours but I had to check something. U-Haul seems to want the customer to do everything….next thing I’ll be asked to change the oil and wash the truck. I like U-Haul but the company has really digressed over the years.

David RSigns were confusing on the way in. Arrow straight indicated package delivery. Arrow to take a right indicated rental return. I went right and after going all the way around the building realized I should have gone straight. Seems with so many rentals being brought in there should be a big, obvious sign or signs of where to go.

BOBBY TI was asked to return this truck to a service location about an hour from my home. Checkin was quick and complete. I was told I would be compensated for the change in a farther return location, which was fine, but as I left Texas, I'm certain there were a couple of Toll roads that come with a small cost. It would be great, since this cost me well over $1500 to rent the truck, pads plus insurance, if U haul could pick up the small amount of what my Toll charges are as further compensation for driving the hour to return it to their Service location?

Bryon RI was charged an extra 56 dollars for keeping the truck until 8 am the following day. I originally paid 74 dollars for a 4 hour rental, then I needed it until the next day. It was returned only 16 hours after I picked it up.
Robin SWe had a little bit of a bumpy start because we weren’t prepared and one of us tried to pick up the U-Haul without myself, the reservation holder being there. Took a bit to figure that out, but you all did great. We like this location and learned how to use the app.. would recommend

SHEILA JMi pickup truck never arrived so they gave me a minivan instead but was smelling like weed, the front desk guy told me that I would get a $50 discount since the pickup never arrived and in the final checkout of the minivan the app charged me the whole price
