JAMES MRental process was quick and easy. Personnel were very helpful and friendly. Equipment was well maintained and ready to go. I would have given 5 stars, but you need more parking, as I'm sure you know!

ROBERT SThe front desk was accommodating, as I had to stay and wait for my vehicle. The technician installing my lift wasn't happy with all the work he had to do. He explained he had an injury and shouldn't be doing so many vehicles in one day. He asked why I came from so far away to have a hitch installed. He didn't want to install the wiring because he felt the wiring harness he had would work but it would be a lot of work. They reimbursed me for the wiring, I just thought the whole job was going to be completed today.
NANCY SProbably shouldn't be advertising $19.95 for a day in a van/truck if you're gonna charge me $90 minimum. Got a van for one night (supposed to be $19.95) and paid $180. Never doing this again
PAUL HHave workers who actually explain things. Have workers who actually listen then play on their cell phone. Have uhuals that actually don't have lots wrong with them and shouldn't be on the road. 20 year old mechanic drove uhual. Went to uhual with all the problems and when trying to tell them what was going on. That's when cellphone use was more important then paying attention to customer and or take this stuff serious. The uhual we had was not safe for the road and yet they plan on still rented it out. Next step is calling the state to come do an inspection of all vechicals.

Sharon MWhen I was due to arrive to pick up the truck, thank God I was running behind, because the truck was parcked in a back corner between a tall mound of snow and other trucks, and behind two other trucks. Also it was covered in snow. I had requested an appliance dolly, which was not in the truck, and 4 dozen moving pads, which were also not in the truck. The back cargo door kept getting stuck when opening and closing, it was quite difficult to push up and pull down. Then getting it to latch was also an issue, as the door opened twice. The truck also got stuck on snow/ice and had to be winched out. The whole e perfect was not one I'd like to repeat. It was very stressful. Normally, my rental from this location go very smoothly, with no issues. This truck was an older model, however, so maybe that played a part in some of it. But, not all.

TEMEKA TEasy to rent (2 times same place ) All went smooth.. I’d recommend this place
GENEVIEVE STruck was covered in snow. Had to wait to have it cleaned off. Then it was stuck in ice. Had to wait for associate to find ice melt. Truck was stated to have almost 1/2 tank but actually only 1/4. Overall horrible experience. When returning associate did apply some discount to try to help.
RICHARD BMy contract indicated that the tank was full when it was not. And the van that I had was TERRIBLE in the snowy conditions!!!

Keisha PI was assured by the attendant that the tires were new, but the tire monitor and the tire icon flashed all the time. Also, the warning came on for the oil needs changing, which also flashed in tandem with the tire pressure light. I was also, surprised by the final charge. Seems like I was over charged. Please advise. Colleen Higgins
COLLEEN HYou might want to check the inspection sticker for the truck I rented. It looks like it ran out at the end of last January.
PAMELA GTrailer had horrible bubble gum welds all over bc someone broke the trailer and reapir was terrible prob very unsafe rusted holes in welds and a snapped weld on front trailing arm... reserved trailer for 1030 2 ppl working the location could only help 1 person at a time so waiting till 11 before they dug the trailer out from 2ft of leaves almost behind store..employees had not trailer dolly and had to wrestle trailer by hand onto the truck ball... terrible service and this will be the last time I use this location again..

JASON CNot happy with uhaul customer service. Not calling back and when I went back they say they forgot all about it . It cost me money and time.

JOHN GThe air conditioning in the truck did not work. The tow haul would not shut off when trying several times to turn it off. Kind of a gas hog also. I had previously rent a u-haul a couple of weeks earlier and that truck was great. Just think this truck I just used was much older and a little tired😂 overall I always have great customer service at this u-haul
