Mobile pickup didn't work at all (several app and location issues). Actual in-location pickup had other issues with the service as well. Fuel tank was listed in the inspection checklist to have more fuel than it really had, I delivered with it in the same level as I picked up, but was charged as if I didn't refuel (service fee + 9 galons for a 15 mile journey, preposterous!) Egregious service and and dishonesty... Worst experience ever.

Roger CThe only things I think you failed in is hospitality. I have been working in hospitality and customer service for 10 years. And never have I ever or any company not accommodating their customers. My day working in this field would I ever not see a customer call in because they are trying to reach out for an emergency situation and not time because they was in the hospital and we just abandon them. You left me and my family stranded in the middle of nowhere. Baltimore MD is not a hop skip and jump. We was trying to bring after we unloaded it. I reach out multiple times. I am coming to pay the expenses for the violations and late returns. But I will buy me a truck before I ever use your service again. I was trained the customers are important the pay our salary. The customer is right. Make sure all the needs are met so they keep coming back. You charged a pretty penny and we got to supply gas and refill when returning and now I owe you money even though I begged for time to come back to Tallahassee. Look up how far it is and see if you can get bad in 24hrs and you limited on money because you moving and had to pay security deposit and rent and lights and furniture and put gas in the car constantly to get to Baltimore md. I was in the hospital and reached out. But you abandon me.

Charles MLocation and staff are great. A question for corporate: Why do I take the time to check in online but then have to spend ten minutes checking in at the store with the same information? I feel like this time can be better used by staff to go over equipment or other tasks. And it's a waste of my time.

Pat EStanley was very nice and friendly. The location was clean and stock with all kinds of accessories needed for making a move. The store was easy to find and to access.
arnold cWe had setup a week rental van and 1,500 miles and the guy at the return UHaul tried to tell us that we had only 750 miles and charged some big extra charge and UHaul Customer Service confirmed we had setup for 1500 miles and kept the accepted amount that had been discussed. So 5 stars for Customer service and only 3 for the place we rented from
david wPersonnel and location were fine. Uhaul's computer system was down the entire day when I picked up the trailer. What a nightmare! Took forever to finish the check out process. Worst part was I was double charged. Once at check out, once when their computers went back on. Several hours wasted, so we delayed our travel one day.
Paul AMaintain trailers better, inspect ratchets for defects, inspect cables for frays, I had a broken ratchet and the cable frays pierced my level4 cut/pierce resistant gloves
Austin LI kept calling more than five times about my reservation and no one absolutely no one answered the phone I thought well they’re really busy, well when I got to the store it was completely empty and one guy sitting at his desk doing absolutely nothing playing on the computer.

Charles MTruck had over 110,000 miles on it - It's old and needs replacement, you can smell oil and transmission fluid burning off. Horrible truck. Ate gas like crazy - no reason to have used that much gas. Also - they did not have dolly to rent that was on my reservation. Told me they don't carry dollies. I should get $50 for them not having the equipment I reserved.

Wesley RO returned the same not the same day I rented it and was charged $20 additional fee. Probably because I didn’t click a button stating I returned it. If staff did I be Tory the next day and saw the unit returned, customers should not be charged a $20 additional fee. Seems scandalous to me.
Jarrod HI recommend hiring employees who actually work. When I arrived to pick up my truck, one employee was hiding in a truck in the back, and the other was in the bathroom for 45 minutes with no one attending customers at the front desk. The worst customer experience I've ever had at any establishment ever. Terminate these employees ASAP.

Jean AWhen I came to pick up my truck, another gentleman came in to return his truck. The manager was standing there, doing nothing. And she told the customer that the other employee would take care of him when he finished with me. So the customer had to stand there for waiting, for no reason. At all why she was doing nothing. I was looking directly at her. So after the customer stood there for a while. Then, she decided to help him.

IVAN WI requested a appliance dolly and all of the Uhaul's in my area did not have one.
RAIHAANA AWe showed up late for our pick up and the customer service person was super rude and told us it was canceled. They did not offer to check if the truck was still available. The tone was very condescending and it wasn’t till my husband asked about the truck still being available and they gave us an attitude to check even. The employees had not cleaned inside the truck food and dirty areas visible.

MARCUS TThey changed my pick up location and that was a mess to fix and they to find another location. The new location upon pick up, the system crashed. Tried to input manually, then crashed again. Took 45 min to just to check in and 15 min to get truck. After i was checked in then they tried to charge me more than my online confirmed receipt. Was about to leave when I realized that my hand truck wasn't given to me and they left a tire gage in the front seat that I had to return. After I had the truck and was driving the next day they changed my drop off location on me which i had to fix. Be better Uhaul,

DOUGLAS Rvehicles need to be upgraded/refurbished. It was not pleasant to hold th wheel while its surface was exterminated by thousands of people before.

Jakendra S | Overall ExperienceThis was teh worse storage exp ever. There was a hole in the storage container's roof that cuased major water damage to some of my belongings, the container was inundated with mold and mildew and roaches. I had to quickly move my stuff out to another storage facilitiy. The same day I asked to close the account but was told to leave the damage items in and the account active while i filed a claim. I was told I would not be charged while they invstigated and the claim pending. Would'nt you know it, hey still changed me, and refused to reverse the charge. Whatever you do find your storage needs else where.
