Shaun SNo dolly on truck. Wrong directions. Said truck was facing street by propane but it was a few rows back. Took forever to find it. There was only one person working/around with a huge line so no one was able to help. Terrible service

James MThe place it self was in organized. When I returned it I had to wait in the truck because they were so slow checking people out I just left the keys in the truck and left. There was a girl working and she clearly had no idea what she was doing. Other customers did the same thing I did. I am sorry but my time is to valuable to sit there and wait on incompetent employees and her attitude was awful. I told her I was going to rate this place 0 out of 10 she said she didn’t care uahul would believe her over me anyway so here you go 0 out of 10 for this location.

Gary HWarn customers that there are NO GAS STATIONS NEARBY. I expected one but had to backtrack. It cost me about $5 or 6 in extra mileage. Otherwise, a very good experience.

Luis RVery accommodating staff. The whole process was seamless. The price of the rental was surprisingly low. We were able to hire movers at the last minute based on recommendations on the website. I will be using this facility in the future.
Jandy JThis location is great. The customer service reps you call are not. Changing your reservation and notifying you via text, then when you call in there reply is "this is your only option". The phone representatives need training as moving is stressful and making changes last minute only adds to the stress, which they have a it's not my problem mindset.
JENNY Athe rental itself was a nightmare to drive, steering felt completely loose while driving it at 15-65 mph. i did not feel safe even trying to take it for gas so i dropped it off as it was.

Ashley RThe employees at this location were phenomenal despite uhaul having an online system that constantly crashes nationwide. They need a better backup server so these guys aren't so stressed out when male Karen comes in and starts complaining about how slow everything is.

CHRISTIAN DHelpful if you make sure what is reserved is available at pick-up. Let those without reservations make adjustments with equipment. Otherwise, great in-store customer service and willing to help the customer based on the issue and help resolve problems.
Ronny FI had wonderful customer service. You're associates this is the first time I've ever had to rent a U-Haul and you're associate Sam was wonderful. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. He deserves a thousand gold stars.

jaime oThe assistant couldn't get a lock off of the truck tail gate that I was supposed to be renting. She gave me another truck and told me that it had only a 1/4 tank of fuel. So the truck I rented was sent out with low fuel. I purchased six galllons of fuel at Shell and returned the truck with more than a 1/4 tank. Even so, after I left the location I can see that I was charged for fuel. I don't have time to return to the location and will make sure I rent from someone else going forward.

Max AExplain the return time better. I asked for 24 hours of rental time, but the return time conflicted with when they opened the next day. I was going to be charged for another day for a 40 minute over due because they opened at 9:00 my return time was 8:20. No one told me.

Glenn WFirst make sure that the fuel levels are correct before it's rented, second don't make the customers wait for the truck because they can't get it out. Third be transparent about the charges before the rental agreement is signed. My rental is over $30 more than I expected.

Patrick FThe location was good. The Van was clean inside. But, after returning it has charged me for 3 Gal of FUEL, while I had driven the car only 9 mile. It’s not a professional things to do. It’s seem like u-haul overcharge me for the Fuel.
Zayadul HI went to this location because it was close to were I needed to get stuff for my move. I informed them I would be returning the truck to Carson City location and was told ok. They charged me the $89. And I left. When I returned the truck to Carson they said all was alright 30 minutes later I had a $200 charge for not returning to Reno I went back to Carson location and was told I did have a one way contract. Received a bill from Carson that was $0 dollars so I thought all was good. Then I get me credit card bill and find out I was charged another $98 so no I will not recommend this company to anyone just a rip off.
Robin CI was needing to move two book cases. Only needed it for a couple hours. Short distance. Ask for open trailer. Do you think the rep offered a truck for 19.99 as a better deal. No I paid 43.00. Not userer friendly.
