The facility was very clean and well-stocked. The vehicles were clean and fairly new. The staff was not great. - My reservation had someone else's driver's license already uploaded to it and was not fully corrected. - One of the staff (male) was non-communicative and rude.

Tim WYour yard man was very aggressive when I was returning the vehicle, I was pulling in and was attempting to park the truck back in the location it came from he came out waiving his hands angrily and pointing apparently letting me know that was not the correct return location. My fault I did not see the return location, but I have returned u-hauls at other locations and sometimes just parked them in the spot. Once I pulled into the correct. I got out of the vehicle the same person asked me are the keys in the vehicle again being more agitated than necessary. I was with my young daughter and did not appreciate the man's aggressive attitude. I stated as such telling him he needs to calm down that I am a customer. His response was whatever. I then went into the counter person to get my receipt she was very nice, and I told her that her guy working outside had an attitude problem, her reaction acknowledged that was the norm. Not service I expect from a large company that I have rented from 5 times in the last 2 years.

LEONARD WTake a picture of your Gas Guage & Miles for your protection. This Location marked the contract as having a FULL Tank of gas when it was less than 3/4 full. Other than that, nice truck, clean, wiper blades needed to be replaced.

FATIMA OI waited 40 minutes for my Truck as you only had one staff member when I arrived I had asked for Mobile Pick Up but it was not available for my rental apparently despite me uploading all documents amd this being my 3rd rental from this location. Return was very good though with multiple staff members available. Your fuel policy of returning fuel at point of pick up benefits you more than the customer as it is difficult to judge 5/8 with the fuel Guage on the truck when filling

WILLIAM DThe idle control valve in the truck malfunctioned at least four times, causing the engine to rev up to very high speeds when it should have been idling at 600-800 rpm. In one case, I had to apply the emergency brake to avoid a collision. On another instance, the truck advanced into the center of an intersection before stopping. Fortunately, the vehicle coming from the cross-street had time to stop, thereby avoiding another collision. This truck is unsafe and should be removed from service until repairs are make.
GREGORY WCustomer service overcharged me for my rental. The blk woman at the counter was extremely rude and hung up in my face. I will never come back to this location and refuse to pay. I will be disputing these charges that have been fraudulently debited from my account.

adrain SThis location is always busy. Need more staff. Also, I was promised a discount when I rented the truck which was part of my decision to do so. When I returned the truck the GM told me they don’t do that. She gave me 10.00 off, but hardly the discount I was expecting.

CHRISTOPHER B1. The pick up process was absolutely ridiculous. The computer system that requires the customer to do the work that a company clerk should be doing is BS. Specifically, capturing images of driver's licenses, facial images, and documenting existing damage on the vehicle. 2. The equipment was clean on the inside but the exterior was dirty making it difficult to assess the condition of the equipment. 3. Mechanically, it seemed that the drivetrain needed something. It made a terrible grinding, scraping noise until the engine warmed up. 4. Really? A huge box van that's going to be driven by average (meaning generally sorry) drivers without a backup camera? C'mon, invest a penny in the safety and convenience of this ubiquitous technology. 5. The U-Haul app is total crap. Utterly useless when it came time to return the equipment.

PAUL WCustomer service rep was rude. He was on his phone during our transaction and didn’t provide great service. The truck I requested wasn’t back, so I had to use a van instead and he wouldn’t let me get a big truck for the same price of the truck that didn’t make it back in time as a courtesy. Customer service is hard to come by. I think her name is Yolanda. Every time she called me on the phone or I spoke with her she was super pleasant, but him not at all. Being nice goes a long way.
