Absolute worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. I was in tears for the last 3 days and this cost me almost 600 dollars because some idiot parked a truck that blocked the one I rented in. Running from an ice storm and put me in a major bind. I expect compensation for the absolute complete incompetence. Wife's cannot describe what this did to my financially and emotionally. Beyond disgusted

Douglas NDavid the manager on Saturday morning was great . Uhal systems and apps went down and he was cool and calm and wired multiple screens for over an hour and a half to help get customers served.
michael oI had two interactions - one in the morning and one in the afternoon, Staff was kind, but I waited almost an hour to get my order filled on the afternoon portion. The morning interaction was good - but there was a significant disconnect from what those who spoke to me on the phone and those who were behind the desk. That made it clunky to get me in and our in a timely fashion.

gordon sI said yes because you have plenty but it is so crowded it is hard to get out of there with a pickup truck and trailer. Would suggest you have a way to pull the trailer out so there is less chance of hitting other vehicles when turning to get out. But otherwise loved it!!!!

Jaycee EI was charged a refuel fee, however the woman at the front had told me there was no fuel charge since the vehicle had no fuel to begin with. They were supposed to take away the $30 credit but charged me the $30 plus an additional $8 for fuel.

JEFFREY BFirstly, the woman working there was great but hampered by her companies inadequacies provided her. It would be great if U-Haul locations communicated. Our predetermined drop off location refuses trailers but Austin unaware. Austin unaware of other “nearby” locations willingness to accept trailers as well. I halted plans for other transport options when we were understanding Gunnison, CO accepted trailers. It was too late to resurrect those plans when we were aware of Gunnison’s U-Haul refusal. In fact we did not have a confirmed drop off until we arrived at our final destination. The U-Haul scheduling woman hung up on me after I politely explained my frustration and requested the U-Haul’s CEO’s email address. This was after I was on hold, and made aware that conversation recorded making sure U-Haul could”keep their promises”. I had to drive nearly 4 hours to drop off the little trailer. I wondered why U-Haul can’t pick up over stocked subsidiaries with a big trailer stockpile to relieve your associates and help your customers. It’s because you don’t particularly care and my labor cheaper for you.
MICHAEL PFire Hustler Movers were great! They took such good care of our items as they were moving them out and loading them into the truck. They communicates with me by text before and on the actual day of arrival. They were punctual, fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I would hire them again if I needed help moving.

JESSICA RService at this location is very poor. They seem bothered by you walking in the door. I left something in the vehicle and instead of collecting it they just threw it away instead of putting it in lost and found.
Phillip HSerious customer service gaps. I had a pickup time for 8am. They had trouble locating the keys to my truck once I reached the counter.... long line. Then they didn't have the utility dolly that I reserved in advance. The manager was called over and proceeded to try and convince me that an appliance dolly was a better solution, it wasn't and I told him as much. Still supplied instead an appliance dolly, which was in fact useless for moving boxes. Didn't offer to adjust my bill. This manager is seriously lacking customer service skills.

LINDA TI made the reservation same day for 7pm and the truck wasn't ready. Staff was still there and was able to assist. I want to call out Rodolfo Ornelas who provided great service. This is the first time I'm happy with the level of service at this location.

Dair JThe truck check engine light came on so I dropped it off earlier than expected. When I dropped the truck off the guy there was not helpful and was very short like I was bothering him asking questions. For my reservation I asked for a dolly, the appliance dolly. They only had the appliance dolly she said was in the truck. I left and to my surprise no dolly in the truck so I had to drive back to pick it up. The girl seem annoyed that she had to get the dolly only to point me in the direction the dolly’s were and did not help place it in my car and those are heavy. Overall I will not use that location again
Chelsea JI didn't realize that I would still have to pay $80 in storage fees for the entire month of November, when I had the pod delivered to my house on 11/2. Had I realized that, I would have just scheduled it for 10/31. The person I spoke to on the phone was unhelpful.

DANIEL HBattery died as soon as we got the truck loaded and was stranded for a few hours while we waited for a jump. Finally found a friend to do it. Traveled with a car carrier and very nervous about pulling through Dallas and Austin. When I dropped the truck off a day early I was reminded I did not refuel the truck. Please keep in mind I was afraid to ever turn the truck off afraid the battery would die again. On my way to drop off the truck there was no safe place for me to pull in for gas with the car carrier attached. I was charged over 130 for fuel??? With the inconvenience of the battery I ask this fee to waived. Still have not heard back??

LUCAS SI wasted over an hour, picking up a tow dolly as a favor to U-Haul. I was contacted by equipment distribution program and was talked into getting a tow dolly to be delivered to my drop location. I really was not comfortable doing this, but was assured that all would go well and I would be helped. I did not feel good towing Things and told the representative. when I got to this location to get the dolly, there was a brief explanation to my son how we are supposed to hook it up. After struggling for about 30 minutes, another technician came out and actually helped us. There was an issue with one of the tire weapons that was actually too short and he made a comment, but he said it should be OK. we were not told to stop around 50 miles or so to check the connection. We stopped over 10 times putting that webbing back on both tires. It stretched our trip by three hours with all the stopping. I want more of a discount and if I don’t get something that I feel is right I will stop my credit card charge and have them deal with you all. I am very disappointed with you all and have since learned that you all will let pretty much anybody be a dealer without any qualifications this really reflex what I experienced also, if I don’t get some form of adjustment, I will go to social media and give the longhorn location in Austin a review that reflects their poor service with my experience.
