Would have been nice to Have VERBALLY let us know on the paperwork that we HS to have vehicle back by EXACTLY 48 hours or we would be charged an extra day! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! UHaul you stink on the “gotcha” paperwork legal ease. We are older 55 yo adults and we WILL NOT use you again and tell all our friends you are poor in your communication!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jason is a terrible manager with lack of communicational and time management skills. Reserved a truck for pickup at 8am, but when I arrived there was no truck to be found and no help at all. Called Jason numerous times (and texted), but he decided to respond back at 10am when it was most convenient for him. I waited over an hour for a worker to let me in and pickup a truck. Had to pay double price for movers because of Uhaul wasting my time. DO NOT COME HERE!

The location was well run and very nice and competent employee. However, our problem was prior to that from the online order. We requested 26 ft truck and requested Slaughter and IH35 location. We started heading over there and then called by customer service telling us the truck is not available and she said 26 ft is reserved. We call the University location to make it is reserved before driving there and was informed 20 ft only biggest available. Uhaul online needs to be clearer and more accurate and consistency is important especially when moving is stressful enough for most people. Thanks!

before customer is charge a fee, the office staff needs to allow the information the fee before charging a card. no information was told of the amount just charge a customer card cause it was on hold.

The reservation process was a nightmare and figuring out payment was horrendous. I needed to pay with a purchase order, but no one knew what that was. I got transferred around to 6 people before finally being told "no" but I never found a person who knew what I was talking about. It took three hours to make this reservation, which almost made it not worth ever doing again. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they didn't have what I had reserved and I received additional confusing information about the drop off process (that I couldn't drop off in the same location.) When I called the 800 number to arrange my drop off, they said I could drop off in the same location. I was told if I drove it under 10 miles, I wouldn't need to put any gas in the vehicle, and now I just received a bill for gas. I have another reservation on the books for next weekend that I'm seriously considering cancelling for all of the hassle this one created. Overall, fairly poor experience.

Less than friendly. I was berated for not being on time to pick up a truck rental. “Your reservation was cancelled. It’s just like when you are late for your flight at the airport. They cancel your reservation and the plane leaves without you”. Thanks for that, very helpful

Didn't have a problem with any of the people computer system was slow so it took awhile. The employee did plug my 6 plug to 4 flat adaptor in backward and blew my fuses for the trialer lights. Nice and central for pick-up.

When I picked up the vehicle, Lisa was extremely helpful. Nothing high level. Just good customer service. After I loaded up the truck (tired), I came back to rent my storage space. No one was inside the building. I called out. I looked around inside and then outside. I called out. I sat down and waited. Eventually, the associate came in. I told him I needed to secure a storage. He told me he couldn't do it, but the manager (Crystal) could. I said ok, can you get her? The associate went back outside and came back a few minutes later to say that Crystal said she was on the phone and that she would help me when she was done. I thought that was rude and very poor customer service, to say the least, but because the associate (didn't get his name) was trying to figure it out, I didn't get upset. I told him I was tired and in a hurry because I still had to unload, return the truck and then get my children from school. He tapped around on the computer, but couldn't do it. Twenty minutes later, Crystal walks in. I then said at least 5 times, "I need a 5'x10' unit." Each time they kept insisting I needed a 5'x5', to which I kept responding "no". The associate asked me to go with Crystal to confirm the size, as though I couldn't count or didn't know numbers. They kept arguing with me about it. I had to ask what was preventing the communication. (I figured this was easily clear, considering I had a 10' truck.) Crystal then stepped in and completed the storage rental, but she was very rude and acted impatient with me like I was interrupting something she preferred to be doing. For example, I asked her where the storage facility entrance was (off Airport Blvd or I-35?), to which she said (pointing at the paper) "the address is right here." Not what I asked or expected to hear. I had just loaded a 10' truck (1 bedroom apt) by myself. I was exhausted and still had the storage half of the move to complete with only an hour to do it. I did it. Then, when I came back to return the truck...no one was inside. I went looking AGAIN. When I found the same associate outside smoking, I asked "do you guys ever work inside?" Not a pleasant experience at all. I would appreciate a response and compensation for this egregious event. Sean Gooden 512-598-8268
