CHARLES LPlease review your policy on allowing equipment to be towed by Ford Explorer sport track vehicles. This is essentially a weight rated truck, and totally capable of hauling your light duty equipment. I was upset, because my particular vehicle runs on flexible, fuel, and with gas prices the way they are, I needed to use that particular vehicle for this particular motorcycle trailer application.

STEVE AVery disappointed that having made a truck and appliance dolly reservation a month prior, upon arriving I was told that they could guarantee the truck but not the dolly and did not have one available. The best they offered was to SELL me one at $100. No Thanks! The truck was fine, but I had to take an extra 30 minutes and more money to drive to Home Depot to rent a proper dolly. Upon returning the truck, the wait was another 30 minutes due to short staffing. The location is great and everything else looks fine, but to make a reservation counting on the necessary equipment being available and finding out it's not is quite disappointing and unprofessional. It would have been better to recognize the mistake and let me use a new dolly and put that in the rotation of rentals.

Janice BI went to a dealer first and was charged but unable to rent the equipment. Was transferred here where the problem was resolved and was able to leave with the equipment I purchased, however I had to pay a second time and have yet to receive the funds payed for the failed rental, was told it would be returned in the days, was not my fault. Overall a very stressful experience that took over 3 hours. Don't use a broker, go straight to this location. That's my advice.

Ruby BI had reserved a truck of a certain size for my move but they did not have that truck available for me the day of pick up. I ended up opting for the size they had, which was not enough, and it ended up making my move much more difficult. Wish they had a way to guarantee the size of the truck once the reservation it’s made.

Olga LHello, I wanted to bring to your attention that the truck I received was very dirty, both inside and outside. There was mud on the exterior, and the interior smelled strongly of weed and cigarettes, with ashes all over the floor. The first day I took it, I had to leave the doors open to air it out because I had my boys with me, and the smell was unhealthy and unbearable. Additionally, the associate forgot to include the furniture dolly, which made moving my sofa and fireplace extremely difficult since I had to do it by myself. If I had known the truck would be in this condition and missing equipment, I would have rather driven to another location to rent a U-Haul instead. I just wanted to make sure this feedback is shared so it can be addressed moving forward. Thank you.
Esmeralda FYou can hire more employees and pay them better so that you have adequate staffing instead of having on person to run the entire store struggling. But you'll never do that because Uhaul corporate needs their millions. If I could never use Uhaul again I would be much happier. Terrible company.
Philip EThere was dirt in the trailer when I picked it up.
Steven COne wish. That trailer was just to low in hight. Needs to be tall enough to stand up in, like 7 feet. I kept hitting my head on the beam across the door. I won't be using that one ever again. Just too hard to lift anything heavy, and break my back doing it when I can't stand up and get a grip on a box that might weigh in at 30 lbs.
EDEN BEvery time I go to this location, these people are super nice. The equipment is always a good spec. Zach always takes care of me. I will always go back to this U-Haul. These people are amazing.

DESTINY SI showed up first thing Saturday morning, what I think would be prime time in a rental world. One person working. People lined up out the door. I had reserved the vehicle on-line and still had to wait approx 90 minutes. We go out to do an inspection, and the back of the truck had not been cleaned. Not a deal breaker for me, but you asked. Went to return vehicle. Sign in lot says "returns-park here and wait in vehicle". Waited for 45 minutes, saw people behind me being helped, so I walked inside. Again, on a Saturday, only two people working. One was doing propane refills and had at least 20 people in line. So effectively only one person working again. Again a 90 minute wait to return also. Not blaming the employees, they were doing the best they could, but why wouldnt you schedule enough help

MARIA GMy only criticism would be of the lack of staffing on 2/18/2026 which resulted in an extended wait time to get vehicle. The counter employee was very nice and efficient overall.
MARK FThe first truck was dirty and old, after asking for a newer truck I was not able to use the link that was texted to me in-order to take pictures of the different angles of the truck. The link kept giving me errors. Then one of employees had the same problem as well after trying to help me on his phone.

LUZ MCustomer service is severely lacking. The young guys are argumentative and don't have any interest in being helpful. It is very clear they hate working here. The van was dirty and had not even had a basic dust wipe down.
