Rude manager . Cashier was very nice and sorry for the actions fo the other employee, he just jumped in mid conversation not even really knowing what was really going on and and said no you can’t do that or this and he didn’t even here all the facts first. Just started basicly yelling at me. I should’ve learned from the first time I went there.But it s the closest to my house and dollars always counts when it milage.

I’ve used this place before and I will use them again, but this was not a great experience. I wasted about 15 minutes returning there’s a van waiting for service. I know it’s hard to give good customer service, but I thought the communication was poor

I would highly recommend U-Haul, for all your moving needs. 15 ft truck was very comfortable driving from Los Angeles to Eugene, Oregon ( especially from a 71 yr old man who has had 6 major lower spine surgeries!! I was amazed at how it wa an exceptional easy drive on my back, driving 11 hrs the 1st day and 6 hrs the next day! U-Haul as always there to help and follow-up was great too! THANK YOU, U-HAUL, for a great moving experience!!

CHERYL PQuicker check-out. Service agents could quickly triage incoming persons. Some could be advised to just leave the keys in the drop-off box, for example, instead of waiting for people with complex issues.
BORIS ZAt pick up I was told the truck had 3/4 tank of gas. However, it turned out to be completely empty of gas. The clerk stated it was a chronic problem due to thievery/siphoning. He told me he inputted into the computer the gas tank was empty and U-Haul would reimburse me for gas when I returned the truck. I dropped the truck off with 3/4 tank full of gas for which I was NOT reimbursed. The cost of essentially giving U-Haul free 3/4 tank of gas doubled my rental costs.

Then when the truck was pulled out we were told, “our gas gets siphoned a lot,” before giving it to us with an empty tank. There was barely enough gas to get to a gas station, which was not reflected in the paperwork. The staff was rude and unprofessional.
