The staff did not secure my car properly on the trailer the straps that were to hold the car in place kept coming off the tires every couple of miles I had to contact roadside services the person that arrived was able to secure my car properly and explained to me that Uhaul in Los Angeles didn’t properly strap the car this was quite upsetting to me my car could’ve been damaged

Rental pick up location is great ,but the only I really concern that your customer service interact needs to be precisely ,especially when you choose your online locations availability, there’s available equipments in that place and reserved ,but when you go there,is not available and they designated you to much further away from your place . And it is not good and not commendable.. and that’s poor business strategies, customer wanted to meets his needs ,but the way its handle is not good .. hoping this comments helps you to change things it should be done in favor of customer service . The staff was nice but the truck I received had mechanical issues that went overlooked. Additionally, the blankets I paid for were not placed in the vehicle & one of the reps was about to charge me a 2nd time for the trailer that was already paid for.

The general manager always remains professional even when under pressure and that location is always busy ! He should never leave the front desk ! He keeps the Line moving , and knows what he is doing ! Give him a raise !

Kudos to Delroy who went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied, he took care of us. We had a loose mirror he let us come back he fixed. The mirror didn’t charge us for the miles to come back to the U-Haul store again kudos Delroy

My reservation was for 11am. I showed up on time. This store had long lines and I didn’t leave with my rental till about noon. What’s the point of reservation slots if we won’t be helped on time?

Justin was the agent that I spoke to and got my paperwork done. Justin recommended that I rent a Dolly. Before I left the dolly was not given to me. I had to return and pick up the dolly only to be put in my car. Upon returning the truck which was driven only 2 times at the rate of $1.39 per mile., the truck was slightly under 8 miles., I did not get name of the man that helped me,, he was very nasty and rude. I did ask for Justin but the man told me that Justin was out driving or something. This man was a young Hispanic and he only refunded me $2.11. I was told by Justin that I would be getting back some of my money. I paid $101.11 plus $10.00 for the dolly. I returned the truck exactly as requested by Justin, gas and everything else. I have never been treated like that from anyone working at U Haul company.

I needed a trailer on 4th of July, I walked in thinking staff would be upset for having to work on a holiday but that was not the case. Both were really helpful, courteous, and professional. Made pick up/drop off a breeze.

It seemed as if the front desk was undermanned. The customer ahead of me took a great deal of time, and there was no one who could step in and take care of the customers (myself included) who began to queue. It took more than 15 minutes. On a positive note, compliments to the General Manager, Mr. Powell (I believe). He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and once my reservation was processed, was very prompt about getting my trailer hitched up and me on the way. He was also kind enough to provide me with a quick engine diagnosis as well.

U-Haul was not able to get me the size trailer I reserved. I was pulling with a small car and was forced to tow a bigger trailer. Up sizing the customer at no extra charge is not helping the customer. If I reserve a specific size I expect to get that size. They offered the size I needed but I had to drive about forty miles to pick it up. I thought that was unacceptable. I felt helpless and very frustrated as this was my first time pulling a trailer. The staff at the location of the rental were great but it made them look bad. It was not their fault as I reserved online. I could keep going on how disappointed I was with U-Haul but not sure if anything would change.

Maintenance, two times in a row I had trailer s with messed up straps

Experience was great and everyone was super helpful. Only issue we had. We tried to return the auto carrier at 5am this, as customer service confirmed this was possible via chat. However, when we arrived the entrance and exit were blocked by vehicles. It would have been good to know this before we showed up.

The main guy that seems to run the place now (or at least is basically always there) is so great. He's always on the move, getting things done, and people/reservations moved along as quickly as possible. A vast improvement from the previous guy running the place.
